Ordered and paid for a football kit for my son's birthday over 2 months ago. Shirt and socks arrived several weeks after ordered, but no shorts. After several emails over a 6 week period requesting an update, I finally get an email today saying the shorts are still not available. Visit their website and hey presto, it shows the shorts as"available now" in all sizes. So either they are lying to me or they are lying to you. Have used a number of other vendors before and never had any trouble at all. Won't ever use this company again.

I ordered a shirt for Christmas, 2019. When the shirt did not arrive I made every effort to contact UK soccer shop customer service, to no avail. I contacted my bank and was reimbursed. The shirt arrived; late, not good quality, but it arrived. I knew from my attempts to contact them that I'd never get a refund, despite the late delivery resulting in me purchasing elsewhere, and the really bad quality. As such, I approached my bank and advised them to release the payment back to them. I then received threatening emails from them, saying they would seek to get payment through a debt collector. When I sought legal advise and attempted to contact them to highlight my action to have the payment released, they again ignored all attempts to communicate, through calls, emails and social media. They didn't even have the decency to advise receipt of payment. They are now attempting to take down reviews I have on other sites. I've only encountered one other company this bad, that only wants your money, they have no interest in whether you get your product, when you get it or if it's any good. Keep your money.

I ordered a hockey shirt for my father in-laws birthday present and selected next day delivery for £8.50, so it would come in time for our trip to see him as he lives the other side of the country. My order did not arrive the next day or the day after that but arrived a month after I ordered it! Not only did it not arrive in time for our trip, it didn't even arrive in time for his birthday. I attempted to contact customer service but the phone number would not connect and when I tried to email on several occasions i barely received any reply and when I did my questions were never answered with only a one sentence reply basically telling me that although I paid the extra I'd just have to wait and it would arrive when it arrives! Awful service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Please trust me when I say fo not use them. I have ordered a shirt which had personalised for fathers day payed all seemed well as was told 5-7 working days. This came and went as it got closer to fathers day I contacted them no response. Tried again no response. Once I headed the email with trading standards I had a email back almost immediately stating that it was in transit and would only be a couple more days. That came and went so looked the company address up its a house. I have contacted PayPal they have had no response either. The only response I have had from this company was as it was personalised it could no be returned. I don't know how you can return an item you have not received. I will be taking civil action as well against them and will be contacting the fraud squad at there local police station

Do not shop here under any circumstances. They cancelled my order (upon my request because one of the items was unavailable and I hadn't received an update in over 30 days) but never processed the refund. At first, customer service was responsive, but once I followed up on the refund, I did not receive a single response from this company via email or the forum on the website, and their phone number is continuously unavailable.
