I purchased a toffs shirt, it is great quality and I thought the price was good value. There is a 4-6 Week Delivery time for some items so be aware of that. When I asked a question by email they were very quick to reply which I thought was impressive.
This is an awesome hockey shirt, would have given 5 stars if delivery was a wee bit faster but it's not exactly life or death is it? All in all, extremely satisfied
I bought a Dortmund top from these guys. After three wears the sleeve stitching came away - clearly a manufacture fault as i hadn't spent three weeks at home picking at it. 10 days after reporting the issue their repsonse is "we cannot accept responsibility for this minor defect after a month of wear from your side." Great thanks guys, I must spend another £80 with you (not). You would think like with any other reailer they'd take it back and send it off the Puma. Maybe all their kits are FAKES and that's why they refuse or maybe just couldn't care less once they've got your cash. Either way DON'T USE. I hope they go bust

I placed an order in error and then tried to cancel the order. I sent multiple emails to their help desk with no reply. Now the order, which I canceled through their help desk, has been shipped. According to their policies I am unable to even return it. No customer service at all!

I purchased a mystery shirt from the website and was pleasantly surprised with the product received as I have heard of horror stories when purchasing mystery shirts online. I received a Serbia national team top which only took 4 days to arrive. The top is brand new in the bag however I did notice a very slight pull in the fabric, but you can only see it if you look very closely.
The mystery shirt I received was a psg shirt from 2018. Seems to be clearance stock more than anything else.
The top I ordered was perfect, but the delivery and trying to contact you was a problem. I only got satisfaction when Bifu took up my case and sorted it.
Everything came on time and the quality is great. Only problem was my shirt didn't look like the product photo; the shirt sponsor was missing. Other than that, I was happy with the top. Got it personalised, came out great!
Overall, my experience with this shop is very good. The shopping itself was straightforward and the items were delivered within 2 days at the most. Also, the clothes prices seem to be reasonable as opposed to other sports shops. We need to exchange an item due to sizing, but they are helping us out with it, so again positive.
