I ordered a pair of Caterpillar boots from Charnwood before I read any reviews and my heart sank when I did read them. However, I placed an order on Saturday evening, and the boots arrived at 10am on Wednesday morning. Pretty good, especially as the Monday was a bank holiday. So, personally, I've got good boots, fast delivery, and a free hat & three pairs of socks.
Purchased a pair of site trainers 8 weeks ago and have not received a thing yet. I have emailed numerous occasions and phoned a handful of times to chase these up but nothing. AVOID! These are scam artists. They have taken money and supplied no goods despite their Google ads advert stating next day delivery available. Now contacting bank to arrange a refund.
Bough a pair of caterpiller safety boots, very helpful on the phone goods were delivered in 2 days. Happy with service do not agree with other comments.
