When I googled how to get a VISA what first came into my eyes was this Website, anyhow at the top of the results (it pays to be sponsored). Entered my contact details and although was Sunday very shortly after got a call from a guy suposed to be an english clergyman. We talked about my plans to moving there and and my need to get first a VISA. As a top google website I thought to be speaking to an UK government agency. What a mistake! Therefore, I wanted to start with the formalities of geting that VISA. I am now further than ever of geting it because I came across with this company, whose services for me weren't useful at first as they just included information on what VISA can you apply for and other information you can easily get by researching through google. It is to be clear that by booking their services you just get INFORMATION about the Visa itself, not the VISA itself.

I found to be nice the ambiguous and consenting words of the portuguese guy at the other side of the phone (because it is a company seeding in Portugal) as they as sellers know how to appeal to people emotions to make their emotions book a service or buy a product. So I certainly got touched from his compliment about my dreams because I needed it, and ended up giving my card details without geting informed about the use of that money. A few days later got again called from them and told me that their service just included google information about the Visas I can apply for and the governments I have to face to send my documents thereof. By then I was prudent enough to considering canceling as soon as posible the service itself to get back the maximum ammount of money.

So I got called back for the "step 2" and quickly cut off with the purpose of the incoming call by exposing my panic mind about canceling the service. The guy at the other side reacts trying to get indignant and tell me that just "excepcionally" after "talking with his boss" is posible to refund 120 Pounds back.

I never got that money back, which was supposed to pail down the pain of losing a quite easy earnt money. That fact is as painful as I don't earn any money as easily as before anymore. "Easily earnt money, easily spent money"

I informed the company I did not got any refund whatsoever and the person dealing with me called by my request to the "financial deparment". The thing is that now I am supposed to do something else as writing this review trying to carry on and forget my lost money but I wrote it as their broke the either side signed document about the refund.
