Ordered shoes - took 3 weeks for delivery when promised in 1 week; box battered with an overpowering stench of glue! On opening the box, i could see why - there is glue residue all over the shoes and they look so cheap and nasty. I have requested a return address and a full refund; needless to say they are no longer responding to my emails. Lets hope Barclaycard will come up trumps with my refund.

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud, took ages to send shoes like 1 month, when they come they come from china when it they say it's made in italy!? Shoe box is bashed up and i'm still awaiting for another pair ordered on same day which still hasn't arrived yet, the shoes come up too small like 2 sizes too small and contact with them is near impossible, regarding refunds and exchanges, the want photos and the delivery note photo, in this case they won't refund my amount which is like 160 pound and still no sign of my other purchase, I feel i've been had with is website and feel please that no should buy designer shoes from not a well-known website.
