I've been considering doing a working gap year to Canada for a few years now and worried about how hard it will be to get a visa. Ken took those worries away as soon as I spoke to him. He made the process super easy and straight forward. Any questions I had he was sure to answer and even said I can give him a call anytime have questions after my Visa had been approved and granted.

Great service from friendly advisors! Kept informed and in check during the process. Payments are quick to be asked for however its the awkward bit so I assume representatives want this done and dusted ASAP. Highly recommend to anyone intresting. I'm happy with how I was helped, my agent (ken turner) kept in contact and helped me through the process.

I initially applied for the working holiday Visa in October last year. At first the process seemed really complicated but was made very easy by my assigned member of the support team Ken Turner. When finding out that I wasn't pulled from the Canadian application pool in November, naturally I was very disappointed. However, Ken was nothing but supportive and reassuring that I was still in the pool and that it would come. Our experience with UIS was sort of a rollercoaster but in the end we got our visas and that's what we wanted.

In hindsight we probably should have asked for a written statement on all of the costs it would include so that there would be no surprises but you live and you learn. Nothing comes free in this world and we wanted help and we got it!
