UIS Canada did good. There were a few problems with my application because I had no idea why some of the entries were missing. They made sure my application was acceptable. My application was also approved.

Universal Immigration Services Canada has a track record of providing good services. I had a decent experience working with them to secure my tourist visa.

Je suis très reconnaissant à l'UIS Canada qui m'a aidé dans ma démarche de visa. Les étapes étaient si simples et si explicites. J'étais initialement sceptique et prudente, mais un ami m'a persuadée d'essayer. Les frais étaient un peu élevés, mais j'ai découvert par la suite que cela valait la peine de payer. Le service clientèle était très fiable et m'a guidé tout au long du processus avec beaucoup de facilité.

Je suis une jeune femme belge qui a souhaité entamer cette odyssée et pris la grande décision d'émigrer. Il est incroyablement difficile de voir un tel souhait se concrétiser, mais l'UIS Canada a été un miracle pour moi. Je ne savais pas par où commencer pour mon visa et celui de mon mari. Avec un peu de chance, le recours à des services comme l'UIS Canada peut vous débarrasser d'un souci. Personnellement, j'ai trouvé leur service efficace et conforme à la publicité. S'il y a quelque chose à améliorer, ce sera peut être une présentation/vue d'ensemble plus détaillée du processus et des délais.

Notre expérience avec l'UIS a été une sorte de montagnes russes, mais nous avons fini par obtenir nos visas et c'est ce que nous voulions. Avec le recul, nous aurions peut-être dû demander une déclaration écrite sur tous les coûts qu'elle inclurait afin qu'il n'y ait pas de surprises, mais on vit et on apprend. Rien n'est gratuit dans ce monde, nous voulions de l'aide et nous l'avons eue!

They will really press you pay through the phone which is the worst mistake you can make, and after they get the payment they will ignore you. I asked them to cancel everything in 24 hours after my application because i changed my mind immediatelyand and they've been ignoring me….
Don't give them your credit card information or any money you will totally regret it!

I do not actually believed in online reviews until this time when I realized that all those experiences were true. I read a lot of reviews about UIS Canada and finally thought of trying it as I was applying for my work visa for Canada. But these people surprised me such amazing services. There was not even a single time when they did not answer my questions. It was wonderful to get such accurate assistance.

UIS Canada has helped me in such countless ways to get my PR visa for Canada at long last. I initially did not have very high expectation with them as I know these procedure can take time and there is no surety about anything. But the team here has a very good history of successful cases. And mine was one of those. They helped me through my PR application and we got approval at last.

After 2 months from paying more than $5400Aud to UIS Canada for, what my partner and I were led to believe was the process for working holiday visas for a couple months, we found out that the person who set up our account was actually charging us for citizenship/permanent relocation. After dealing with numerous rude and passive aggressive consultants across multiple departments within the company we decided that we didn't want to deal with the company nor travel to Canada at all anymore due to the fact we just wanted an extended holiday, not to move our whole life to Canada. After some persistence we were finally granted a refund of only $1600Aud that we begrudgingly accepted (because we just want to be done with this company) on the 24th of March.

It is now June 18th and we have no answers or any communication back to us about what is happening. Victor Goldman, who has been handling our case since the refund was granted, has given us excuse after excuse but never any clear reasoning why it has taken so long nor any indication as to when we might receive our refund.

Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Misleading communication. We feel like they have just robbed us of more than $5000 in return for sending us a couple documents for citizenship that we didn't even fill out or want and have been taken advantage of during, what should have been an exciting and life changing experience.

Still trying to win our refund back. Have requested over 8 'call backs' and haven't received any. Have only received 1 email in the past 2 weeks and that was regarding taking down my review instead of updating me on my refund.

To each and everyone who is facing problems applying for a visa to Canada, I recommend taking consultancy from UIS Canada. These people have expertise in everything related to visas and with their help it becomes very easy to get approval.

After 3 continuous rejections, my visa application got approved. And this became possible because of the amazing services provided by UIS Canada.
