Unfortunatelly I had a chace to order from this web site. I place my order on Dec 13th. On Dec 14th my cc card was charged. My package arrived on Dec 31st from China and when I openned the package I realized that I was scammed- Uggs were totaly fake (man made fur). I've e-mailed company asking for their return/ refund policie and this is what I got: " Dear customer, Please trust that they're real ugg from the original ugg factory, but with little defect, that's why it's cheap. As for the return, the exchange / return procedure will take more than one month, and the shipping fee for return is on your head as you see we shipped right order and we make little profit to afford the losing proposition. I think it's time-consuming and troublesome and cannot benefit both of us. Isn't it? So could you please make do with them, after all, there is not big problem with them, and they charge a competitive price which you cannot get from other place, moreover, its better than exchanging / returning them and we did make right delivery." I'm extremely angry and will call my cc to dispute. I wonder is this website can be closed?

Do NOT order from this website. I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots for my daughters for Christmas. The website stated that I would receive my merchandise within 7-10 days. I ordered them on December 7 to ensure delivery by Christmas and my CC was charged on December 8. After several emails back and forth I finally received my merchandise on December 24th. I requested a refund on my first correspondence due to the fact that I went to a local retailer to purchase the boots. No such refund was granted. When I received the boots they were FAKE. The stitching was awful, the outer material felt like felt and the inside "fur" was synthetic and cheap. Also, the boots were not true to size, they were small and the sole of the boot appeared to be made of some cheap material. I am seeking restitution through my credit card company. Order UGGS from the UGG official website, Amazon.com or Zappos.com! I ordered from this site obviously to save money and was referred by a friend who obviously does not own a pair of authentic UGGS.
