I have used uggoutletus.com on more than one occasion; yes it takes three or four weeks for delivery but i have always been more than satisfied i don't have a problem with it and i have always recieved my order, in fact i contacted them to let them know i had not recieved my order and they got back to me very promptly to let me know my order had been delivered when i was out and had been left with a neighbour, it turned out that my neighbour was a wee pensioner who could not get accross to me because of bad weather so the problem was resolved and i got my daughters boots for xmas.
I placed my order in December, the boots were 88.95 with frees shipping. I looked at my credit card statement and they took an extra 15 dollars from the original price and when I got the boots they were fake! They do not have customer service, just email only. However that will get you no where because of all the misspelling in the emails, just save your money and order the real UGG boots.

Don't waste your money! From the moment I ordered, nothing was as it should be. The info on the site didn't match (free shipping - actually $25 chg, email confirmation - never came, additional $9 chg,). Cancelled order immediately when charge was different, but they still sent the order. Called my credit card company (who actually called us when the order went through - flagged as FRAUD, based in China) they refunded me. What a mess. The boots are fake, outside, inside, bottoms, but the box looks like the real deal. Bet the real UGG Co. Hates this. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE - IT'S A RIP-OFF!
Placed my order on Jan. 5,2016, got the boots on Jan. 19.
They are FAKE and all materials are synthetic, nothing is "natural" about them.

A friend recommended this site to me. I didn't check the ugg australia site before ordering. I received an email from the company confirming my order, tons of mispelling, then checked paypal and realized it was paid to a Chinese person or company. I went on the ugg australia website and entered this website in their counterfeit search, and came up as a known couterfeit company. I am currently trying to cancel the order, and am sure I will have to pay. The unprofessional email and now that I explore the site further I would say beware before ordering, I am not taking the chance.
