BE SURE YOU ORDER AT LEAST A MONTH BEFORE YOU NEED OR WANT THE UGG PRODUCTS! I WAS A NERVOUS WRECK WAITING FOR MY DAUGHTERS BOOTS FOR CHRISTMAS. THEY ARRIVED CHRISTMAS EVE. I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THE BOOTS WOULD BE HERE IN A WEEK BY THE COMPANY. RIGHT! (SARCASM) THANK GOODNESS I ORDERED IN NOV. OR I'D STILL BE WAITING WITH A SAD TEENAGE GIRL. THE BOOTS WHERE IFFY, ALSO. THE STICHING WAS CRAP & THE INNER LINING WAS FAKE. I SUGGEST PAYING THE EXTRA & BUYING FROM A DEPARTMENT STORE. CAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY SITES THAT LOOK LIKE ORIGINAL UGG COMPANY. THESE FOLKS WHERE FROM CHINA. HMMMMM... TO MUCH SCAMMING GOING ON OVER THERE FOR MY LIKEN! HOPE THIS HELPS OTHERS!
