Lure you in with cheap advertising, you sign one set of terms of agreement, halfway through the year they send you another set of terms which look identical. In those terms, which is quite lengthy, there is one line different. They don't tell you they changed their terms. They then, 3 months before the contract ends, they renew it at a price which is extortionate, thousands of pounds. They back you into a corner they have no compassion whatsoever. Do not instruct this company

I worked for these in 2014. Was there a week, did not pay me for it either. They offer a dreadful service and the people who run it leave a lot to be desired.
Cold calling, and saying loads of satisfied customers.
No proof even when I asked. The sales punchline at interview stage is "Look how the Yellow Pages has shrunk" and how everything is now online, and how they can take advantage of it lol!
Avoid these cowboys at all costs!
As a tradesman i got totally ripped off by them.
I paid 5.5 k for a website, but was never told how to use the content management system, add, edit, remove and otherwise manage content on my web site, so it just sits there, in limbo, totally disgusted with them, a bunch of scammers
Sites ok but real issues with long tail search terms no one really uses building refub or plumbers in town unless you build it into web site most of their listing havn't been seo so did some research. Ufindalocal only get 10,000 visit a month so their claim of getting you 1000 views not possible. Listing on site a gtood idea but i wouldn't spend more than £35-70 a year spend any more on this services your either mad or stupid i notice that reputation management been doing work to hide neg feedback i'll do my best to address that over next few weeks

I used to work for this company and sadly the ethics behind this company are very poor.
The companies to avoid that are all run by this 'group' are;
Motortrades
Ufindalocal
Traderesourcer - they think this is there baby!
Escortresoucer
There even thinking about bringing out ones for solicitors, accounts etc
The operations manager is Fred Rudgley (think that's spelt right).
The have two offices so watch out for phone calls from Brentwood and colchester area codes!
From my knowledge of how this company operates I have informed trading standards in regards to a few issues that certainly shouldn't be happening!
Also a couple of organisations/institutions are in contact with me - but at this stage I have been ask not to divulge details.
If anyone wants any further information I shall try my best to answer any questions you have!
