They 'accidently' charged me 1667. 00 instead of 119.00 for some baby formula. $#*!s.

I ordered a car seat on 12/30. I chose the free shipping because I figured it would only be a few days to get here. I knew that it was being shipped out of NY because I had a instant message with someone at the company and they charged me sales tax being as I am in NY and told me their warehouse was in NY. After a week the seat wasn't here. I called the number and left a message, on some generic voicemail that was not business like, that I wanted a response or that I would call my bank to dispute the charge and report them to the BBB. I didn't get a call back but a email. I was informed that being as I chose the free shipping there was no tracking information available. They couldn't even tell me how it was shipped. I waited a few days giving them the benefit of the doubt but it still didn't show. I went back on the site but for some reason I couldn't find the number anywhere. I sent another message via their site. I have gotten no response in days. The next time I went back on the site the number was on top again but there was no person to answer their phone. As of yesterday I still had no seat delivered. I went to my bank yesterday afternoon. I explained all of it to them and showed them all of the emails from everyone that I had on my blackberry. They pulled up the site and said there were some red flags there when they tried to call the number on the site. Also, the bank has a different number on their computer files from the banking transaction. She called both numbers and there was a message that said the same bs that was in the original email to everyone about the promo code and the other number was a generic message. I applied to have the transaction reversed and had my debit card voided, I have a new card on the way. Even though I had agreed to the original charge there is enough evidence to show that there MAY BE fraud. It's now the 20th, the mail has come and still no seat and still no word from udiapers.com
