Udemy has been my go-to platform for expanding my skills and knowledge in a wide range of subjects. The platform's extensive library of courses, taught by expert instructors, covers everything from programming and digital marketing to photography and personal development. I appreciate Udemy's affordability and accessibility, allowing me to learn at my own pace and on my own schedule. Moreover, the platform's interactive video lectures, quizzes, and assignments provide hands-on learning experiences that reinforce key concepts and skills. With Udemy, I can pursue my passions and advance my career with confidence.
For two years I was an udemy instructor, but this last month I was banned for no reason, I spent a month sending an email to 'Udemy Trust & Safety' <*******@udemy.com> I never received a return, they banned your account from your courses which took years to be done it destroys your life, and just leave you in the empty space without answering.

Some good courses too but just low quality for the money.
Plus, so hard to contact a human. Still waiting.
The support is pitiful. The quality of a lot of courses is close to 0. All courses are on a "LIMITED TIME" offer with a 90% discount that changes the price of a 1 hour video from 200$ to 10$ and the real price only changes during actual discounts like Black Friday. Really shady and horrible marketing in the long term. I am disappointed as this used to be my favorite MOOC but now they became a cash-grab company.
As a training company, we have been treated atrociously by Udemy. Having uploaded a single pilot course, we have been seemingly underpaid and the course has been sold way below the agreed fee (without consultation from Udemy). We have contacted Udemy to try and resolve the issue but have not even received acknowledgement of the issue. For trainers thinking of using Udemy - think very carefully before committing to anything. I really regret having ventured into any kind of venture with them.
