They have the worst customer service! I bought the book and accidentally mistyped one number and they were not helpful to refund my money back or send another book. I couldn't do anything. I e-mailed them couples times but they were RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. They still your money and their books are not legit!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO PURCHASE BOOKS! I placed an order for a text book for a class. It never came. I constantly asked for the status of the order. Only received an automated reply back message. They dont post a customer service number and as of today have not addressed my request for a refund.

I will be reporting this site to the BBB.

Three days following the initial order ($90) I used the email link they sent me with the initial invoice to find out whether they were processing the order or not. The mail was returned - address no good. So, then I went to the site and used another contact link. Finally, after another two days I received a reply saying that they were backed up and the book would be sent soon.
On Jan. 19th I received a shipping confirmation and "Track and Confirm" from USPS. After using the so-called tracking number the expertly managed postal service said the book was received in Hong Kong on Jan. 19th. Now, 5 days later the tracking says that the book was received in Hong Kong on the 19th!
So, I called USPS and they told me that the book was in Hong Kong on the 19th! I said, so, where is it? USPS told me to call the shipper!
All of you can see where this is going. They do not publish a phone number so that's the end of the trail for this weary hiker.
Avoid this site.

Plus points - I did get the book. It was a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

Negative - It is 2nd hand, and has been written on, was described as new.

The front cover is in chinese and states not for resale outside of China. The rest of the book is in English.

It feels really old and well used, not even great condition.

Just be warned that if its a lot cheaper than else where they may be a good reason why.

Got the textbooks cheap as. Saved over $100 on all the textbooks I bought.
Originally the books were $150+, but I got them for around $30 each. I'd recommend it

Ordered the 2nd edition of MIPS Run Linux by Dominic Sweetman. In the UK it has an RRP of £50 and costs £40 minimum.

However, ucollegetextbooks.com shipped the book from HK for £26. A bargain. It is the international version of the 2nd edition, with a second preface in Chinese.

Shipment was very prompt. Not terribly well packed but can definitely recommend, and will buy from ucollegetextbooks.com again.

The customer service is good and fast. I like that experience.
