I was picked up at the hospital in Monroe, Ga to Dawsonville, Ga. My drivers name was Ty. He did an excellent job driving and I would recommend to all.

They sent me a promotion saying if I do 140 jobs I will be paid $1,050 I did 140 jobs and they only gave me $221 they explain but the way they word their responses to where you cannot really understand but I cannot talk to anyone. So if you are a driver beware because they will not give you what they say they will give you

This company took actions without having evidence. My account was deactivated for 2 reports came from unreliable and lier customers lied about my driving. My rating was 4.93 with very good comments of the remaining riders. Uber never investigated and never mentioned in their guidelines a number of bad reports are requested to deactivated an account. I mean, even they do not have a clear criteria and neither have a training to remediate situations, instead they fired good drivers without having evidence of nothing. I am unemployed being a single mother with 2 kids and being this my only source of income and they deactivated my account without taking in consideration my good ratings, my good behavior and my good customer service, without showing real evidence about unprofessional riders with bad intentions who were bother because I did not follow their instructions which ones were against Uber guidelines and procedures. I will sue them definitely for such discriminatory and unfair action from Uber deactivated my account unfairly.

I used coupon they sent me to buy groceries. I got discount at the time of placing order but they charged me full price at the time of delivery. Nobody to call. No chat agents will listen to you after that. Beware of this cheater company. Chat agents are also cheaters asking for screenshot of the coupon used. You can not provide screenshot of coupon when it expired that same day. They can take money out of your account without notifying you. Please delete this app from your phone if you want safety.

I must compliment the driving skills of Mr Nitin, who drove my daughter at midnight from Delhi to Panchkula on 10th Aug2020.He ensured complete safety and security of my daughter through out the journey.my compliments to Uber staff who pay attention while hiring chauffeurs. Help team are awful, AI needs to replace them, charged me 3 times for an Uber eats which never came. Ridiculous and poor customer service.

Well all you other cab companies please take a backseat, uber was the only cab service that was available to pick my Sister up and bring her home and they also picked up my Brother in Law who was standed on the 401. They were the only company ( not beck, not diamond, not maple leaf) that was able to go the 401 and retrieve him from his car and take him home. The police were not able to assist, CAA was not able to assist, the Hyghway Maintenance was not able to assist, 311 not able to assist, 511 not able to assist but Uber was able to do what the experts could not do.
Outside of a life and death situation, call Uber they will come through for you

Cannot rely on them anymore….They cancel all the time making you late for appointments, meetings etc Forget about trying to find them in the early hours of the morning. They just cancel, cancel and cancel some more even at the last minute.

So I ordered Uber yesterday they charged me twice then the man put me out at a location I didn't request then my phone died so I had to let man give me ride that I'd never met. This could have ended badly but thank God it didn't. I will never use there services again. I had major panic attacks due to this...

I could Not reserve one 30 minutes ahead, only up to 90 minutes. So at 4:00 pm I gave up and paid $27
107.93 from St Petersburg airport to Bradenton without tip. I had no choice. Driver said because rush hour, But when I got home 5:15, I checked and same route was $50. We're there very many Ubers available, Yes, I picked the cheapest. Strange how that rate changed. Really? Don't tell me busy time because there were many available, lol seriously at the airport, no shortage. Not seeing rush hour at 4 pm but not 5pm. Unconscionable!

HAD MULTIPLE RIDES SEVERAL TIMES WITH "UBER". VERY TRUSTWORTHY WITH RESPECTFUL DRIVERS. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE OF "YELLOW CAB" THAT EMPLOYS LIKELY DELINQUENT&CRIMINAL DRIVERS AS OF THE PERCEIVED. SO HERE IS ONE EXAMPLE OF SECULAR MODEL OF YELLOW CAB DELINQUENT PICK ME UP AT THE RACETRAC HAS ALMOST HIT ME & EVEN THREW MY SUITCASE FROM THE CAR ON THE GROUND VERY HARD AND FAR AWAY JUST BECAUSE SHE GOT MAD WHEN I ASKED HER TO CLOSE HER TWISTED CAR DOOR FOR ME! A VERY BIG & TALL LADY UNDER TOXIC SUBSTANCES & LOSS OF HOPE AS OF THE PERCEIVED. WATCH MY DELAYED "EXOTIC LAWSUIT" ON THE RISE!

On 3/28/23 I ordered a round trip which cost a total of $47.97 to drop my grandchildren at school. The trip was accepted by driver LaWanda license plate 48DV947. My grandchild left her tablet she uses for school in LaWanda's vehicle. I have been trying to reach out to her through Uber help for five days and she refuses to respond which leads me to believe she has stolen the tablet. Uber does not have anything in place for drivers that keep items left behind by customers nor do they have anything in place that drivers refuse to respond after Uber reaches out to them. I will be using Lyft from now on because it's apparent Uber hires thieves. Uber you need to do better. I rated 1 star only because there is no place for 0

Guys be cautious, several times i was charged more than was shown at the beginning.
Have the reflex to check the history if you use dauly the uber like me.
Luckily i always met a very good customer service, the last his name is PKUMAR373, i was scammed again the last week by a dishonest driver and this guy fixed it for me.
Uber must be cautious with their drivers, some know the tricks how to scam clients.

You need to police your drivers better if they are going to be branded with your logo. Parking in disabled parking prevents actual disabled persons from utilizing parking that is reserved for them.

Your credit car information is not safe in uber.
They did three charges in my credit card yesterday night that I didn't use. It's not the first time this happen

Very convenient/useful/good to have and important if you don't own your own car or can drive. The prices are suprisingly very affordable. I will definitely never call or take a taxi ever again lol. Everytime I have used Uber before, they are usually there and show up within 15 minutes of me submitting the order. You can watch the driver in live time they the map on the Uber app so you know where he is and how far

Uber you really got a good job, but i have an issue that the price in higher. If possible then provide my some offers and discounts.

I had to order a Lyft once because there were no Uber's available. They literally sent a Russian Trump supporter the take me to bail my cat out of jail! Uber always has intelligent drivers!

Uber drivers were keep cancelling my rides for 4-5 times and when i was try to cancel app couldn't allow me to do the same.
And then these people have charged cancellation fee from paytm account.
They are just good in harassing the customers.

We took a mini vacation from September 11-15,2023. We took a total of 6 Uber rides with the most courteous and delightful drivers! One with Juan, Cuong, Roberto, Derlis, and twice with Philip. Our rides with these individuals could not have been better. Looking forward to Galveston in the coming year and only hope we can see them again for a ride. Great job Guys. A big thumbs up!
