I bough computer case from their website, I have paid for the product and shipping fees internationally using Aramex. I placed my order on Saturday, and waited to receive the tracking number. Next day, I created ticket online to ask when I will receive my tracking number? Nobody respond. I called them the day after which is on Monday, and their agent said that the order just arrived from their warehouse and sechuled to be picked-up by Aramex on same day to arrive within 1-2 Days MAXMINUM. Next day, I created ticket online again asking why I have not received any tracking number? Nobody respond. I called them on the same day, and their agent said that they have technical problem with Aramex and will be re-sechuled today to pick-up by Aramex again. Next day which is Wednesday, I received an email from them "We are having problem with the shipping fee for your order since it went up." and they wanted me to choose either pay the additional shipping fees OR refund to my credit card. I replied to email and asked for refund on my credit card, and call them on the same day to conform the refund but nobody answer the phone. I called them on Thursday, and the agent said that their financial manger not at his office right now and he will come later and call me, but nobody call me at all. Next Saturday, they just say the same thing that financial manger will call later and nobody call. They do not respond to any email, ticket or even live chat. The only way the respond is via phone, which is international fees for me. My bank refuse to help in this case, any they stole my money :(
