Recorded acoustic guitar (sounds incredible) and vocals (also sound incredible). It's a sensitive MIC,the entire room which is important in a home studio as a lot of us use what we can to record. Get one - you won't be disappointed.
I get asked a lot, "what mic are you using?" "It sounds really clean." I do use a mic channel strip with it so that does help bring out the luster. But even completely dry, this is a terrific microphone for about any source.
