BLATANT FAVORITISM AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY (Read more for added info).
August 17, 2021

When I joined this site, I was looking for stimulating company to talk with.
I used my own pictures. I'm a bodybuilder and am proud of my body so I have many shirtless picture of myself up. I am a man, and according to my lawyers and other legal agencies it is NOT illegal for a man to post shirtless pictures of himself.
However, this company has told me they are "pornographic" - which I have been assured by many different agencies that they are NOT.
They CONSTANTLY edit and crop my pictures so all you see is a huge face as my default picture.
Meanwhile, it is perfectly acceptable for other users to use shirtless pictures, pictures of the sky, rainbows, birds, and everything else under the sun which does NOT show their face clearly.
This company has someone who works there (and they do not give out their names) who takes great delight in editing my pictures so that they are rendered absolutely useless. I have been informed that this is illegal and I have my lawyers on this case even as I write.
They are hypocrites in the truest sense of the word.
They allow blatant pictures of some, but not others.
This one moderator seems to have it in for me, and is breaking every law in the book.
When I provide them with proof and evidence of their illegal activities, I'm met with a generic response and nothing ever changes.
This site is under investigation by many parties for their blatant favoritism towards some and the punishment of others.
I have attached two photos. You can see the insanity of their cropping and editing. EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY LAW ENFORCEMENT THAT MY REGULAR PICTURES ARE NOT BREAKING ANY LAWS.
This company (although is being investigated), is a fascist site who punish the innocent, yet turn a blind eye to others. It is repulsive and repugnant, and my lawyers and the European Better Business Bureau (among other companies) are investigating this matter thoroughly.

UPDATE: These fools come on here and answer all their ratings and paint themselves out to be so pleasant and helpful.
They are the furthest thing from it.

First, they ENCOURAGE you to send messages - and then when you do, their totally flawed "system" marks them as spam.
I have sent complimentary, pleasant and nice messages to people.
Do you know where that got me?
First, they blocked me for an hour. Second, they blocked me for 24 hours. Third, they blocked me for 48 hours and the only reason that I was ever given was "There was too much negative feedback on your account."
Ummm... this is TOTAL B. S.
How can me being friendly, encouraging, and complimentary lead others to mark me as "negative feedback?"
Moreover, I have been told by TONS of straight girls and guys that for YEARS they have had intimate messages and have exchanged dirty pictures. Yes - for YEARS and they have never had any negative repercussion.
But I get blocked for doing some thing which I STILL have no idea what.
They are a repulsive, repugnant company with zero consistency. They punish the innocent yet turn a blind eye and let others get away with murder.

I deleted my entire account from that rat hole of a site.
It is truly the most unprofessional site I have ever witnessed on the web.

But I am having the last laugh. They think I am long gone, but i have so many agencies investigating them, that it would make your head spin.

They conduct illegal activities and "powertrip" on those who don't fall into their ideas. There are dozens of people who work there, and there are dozens of different rules for others. Depending on who happens to be working on a particular day, all could be fine... up until some other worker comes on, then it COMPLETELY changes. These people don't realize how insignificant their petty little lives are, so they take it out their innocent customers.

Like I said - ZERO consistency.

I used to be a super nice guy before I joined that hole.
Some of the girls who worked there literally told me to "continue writing the nice messages" I did, HOWEVER- when I did, I was punished for it by being barred three times. None of them are on the same level and they are like mice in a maze, and nobody knows what the other is doing.
I honestly felt like I was walking on eggshells every second I was there.
Not knowing what I could say, or to who I could say it to.
As I mentioned, what one moderator told me was perfectly acceptable, was a huge no-no for the next moderator and I was consequently barred.
Those idiots need to get their $#*! together.
They don't work with each other, they work against each other.
Little wonder all their customers are so damn confused as to what they can or cannot say.
Each of the dozens of moderators send mixed messages.
Believe me - you just cannot win at that pathetic site.

Now they will respond with a nice, sugar-coated message to make themselves appear like a good company. When all they are are wolves in sheep's clothing. Avoid this site like the plague.

Tip for consumers:

Run, don't walk, as fast as you can away from this scam of a company.

As dishonest as every other dating site in the 21st Century
September 6, 2019

The site is full, and I mean FULL, of fake profiles, most likely created by the site itself to boost their membership and apparent popularity. Approximately 95% of profiles are fake. How do I know? Because after "liking" every single new profile in my area between ages 18-45, I "matched" with every single one. Usually within seconds. Then I was "lucky" enough to receive a message from every single person. The same message. EXACTLY the same, same sticker, same punctuation, same basic errors in English. In other words, every message was absolutely identical. After checking the profile photos on Google (in Chrome right click on the image and select "Search Google for image") naturally I found that perhaps 80% were stolen from the internet. These I then "reported as abuse", but didn't block the profiles which is the default option. The result? I received 3-4 emails from Twoo telling me the photos had been moved to a different category... I received ONE email telling me a profile had been removed. The profiles themselves remain active, unless they blocked me so I could no longer see them--how nice, you can block people you have never even spoken to or matched with! This begs the question, if enough "people" I've never interacted with in any way decide they don't like my pictures (without even visiting my profile) will the site eventually remove my profile for "abuse"?!

================================

So, the message you will receive:

--(Love sticker)
--"Hello
--You are nice": (insert your reply, ANY reply)
--"Come here: [insert URL which will redirect to some porn site]
--I will waiting for you" [sic]

================================

I also received the text of one of the Admin emails about photos being moved to a different category as a chat message on Twoo itself. I replied and asked why they were not removing those profiles that are full of obviously stolen photos. I received a reply which told me:

--"Our moderators are constantly working on detecting suspicious profiles, but we always appreciate the additional help of our users. For that reason we kindly ask you to report all suspicious people that contact you.": Clearly their "moderators" do not care about reports of abuse from fake profiles which suggests that these "moderators" are in fact responsible for creating the profiles in the first place, either manually or automatically using software.

--"When it comes to pictures, however, our moderators move normal pictures between Profile and Public categories. When it comes to revealing pictures, those end up in Private folder. Photos depicting explicit nudity or are sexual in nature are deleted.": Nothing said about stolen photos on profiles which send the exact same message described above, thus confirming they are fake.

--"Our moderators will take care of that report within 24 hours since you've reported it.": By "take care" they apparently mean their "moderators" or software will block you from that profile so you can no longer see it, rather than delete the profile.

--"Thank you for helping us make Twoo a safer place!": Quite clearly these people do not care about safety, they care only about money either by hooking you into paying for their dubious "Premium services" or generating click-bait for their partner porn sites.

================================

I replied again and asked why they didn't employ a mechanism similar to that in Chrome which checks the internet for duplicates of uploaded profiles and received this reply:

--"We understand your concerns. Please remember, however, that our moderation team is not even close to the numbers Google can boast. Our funds are also just not on the same level.": This site is owned by Massive Media. From their LinkedIn profile: "Massive Media is part of The Match Group (an IAC Company) thus part of the broadest global portfolio of more than 40 dating brands such as OkCupid and Tinder." This then clearly is a Massive company and resources, if they need them, are no object.

--"We are trying to perform at our best, that's why we have to check every report and abuse manually, our users can't be left to a system that might fail to recognise genuine profiles, that is why every automated action is still checked by a human, that both helps us improve our tools, as well as allows us to make sure there are as few mistakes as possible.": Totally disingenuous. There are a number of ways to confirm online identity right from the start (without needing a credit card), thus eliminating perhaps better than 75% of the fakes profiles at first creation. Twoo (and other dating sites) will deny this is possible but 30 seconds thought will convince you it is. It's just not in their (financial) interest...

--"We beg your understanding, we are performing our duties on a level as high as possible.": I bet they are--it is after all clearly company policy to create and maintain fake profiles!

================================

I replied again, detailing the message received and the fact that it is absolutely identical in every case. I received this reply:

"Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.": Quite patently they simply do not care about how obvious it is to their own users that the site is full of fake "users".

================================

According to Ebiz (http://www.ebizmba.com/articles/dating-websites) Match.com has 35 million members. OKCupid another 10 million. Tinder, approximately 50 million. I cannot be bothered to look at other sites owned by the same company. Assuming that the same people are on all or some of those 3 (from 40...) "brands" this suggests a potential membership database of about 50 million "people". Given the massive number of clearly fake profiles created by the sites themselves, I estimate the real-life membership is at maximum 5% of that number. More realistically it is probably 1%.

Someone from Twoo.com will no doubt reply to this review and tell me I'm wrong, and that there are genuine people on the site. I do not deny this, but the point is moot--you will never find anyone genuine because you will be wasting your time wading through the fakes created by the site. If you doubt that dating sites would be quite so dishonest, Google the term "text chat moderator"--you can even get a job sending fake messages on dating and sex sites.

My advice: Don't waste your time on Twoo.com or any other modern dating site until objective user reviews no longer complain about fake profiles created by the site in question. This however may never happen... So get out and meet people in real life. Even if you have to learn how to do this it will still be a better use of your time than endlessly wading through fake profiles and "reporting abuse" to a SCAM site such as Twoo, Match, OKCupid and all the rest that simply deletes such reports...

My advice to Twoo.com: Look at your overall score on sites such as this which contain reviews from members of the public rather than your own employees. You and all your partners and affiliates are quite simply and very clearly NOT TRUSTED.

Scams, Fake Accounts, Hacking, Trafficking. Be Careful
June 3, 2019

All I can say is be careful. There are tons and tons of fake accounts. The people connected will ask a lot of personal and compromising questions that can reveal circumstances and situations of high vulnerability. The first thing usually done is they will attempt to get you off the site to chat. So they need a kik, a hangouts, or WhatsApp username and phone number. Once there they will carry on the conversation buttering you up with familiar gestures of care and concern. After they think you are comfortable they will ask for a gift card donation of some sort probably from amazon or iTunes. Their English is always broken and they start sentences with the same phrases such as am good' which is typically indicative of a foreigner posing under the guise of a phishing account. Many of the user home locations are skewed to two states being joined as city and state (remember never trust a person with two first names). During one of these conversations there had been evidence that my web server had been tampered with by an outside source possibly trying to spoof for access. I was even told in another hangouts conversation after revealing that I worked in IT that "they" were "all" IT professionals. The camel that bust the needles eye was when one was brave enough to type to me that they indeed professed in trafficking. The last thing which is the most perplexing - A MAJORITY OF AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN WOULD NEVER RESPOND NOR INITIATE CONTACT! Which could be a good indication that they could, yes be uninterested, but also already trafficked or abducted. To further illustrate on the notion of a lack of interest: I'm nowhere near unattractive and received a most popular review of over 1500 likes in less than about a week from accounts of all nationalities - just no African Americans. Something that has never happened on any other dating app. I wish I could play heavens advocate and bust the role of a detective: I wish there was a resource I could bounce the photos off of to check if they actually matched my missing persons hunch. There are real accounts and people with real intentions and interest but you have to weed through a whole bunch of bull$#*! to get to them and it maybe a waste of time seeing that you have to be vulnerable to violation a majority of the time.

Twoo staff: Cancerous tacticians at work
June 7, 2017

I just got a very fishy email from Twoo. Apparently, a former female acquaintance of mine that I had met through Facebook many years ago sent me an invite from Twoo. However, I highly doubt this invite to have willingly originated from her since we have not spoken in almost two years. I chose to stop my online friendship over Facebook with her after I learned that she was the main culprit that led to countless problems - and eventual rupture - with my previous girlfriend.

Yes, my ex turned out to be a jealous freak who believed every lie told to her, and behaved like a control maniac who viewed me as her property. So that was a big eye opener right there. But the woman I speak of (the one supposedly sending me the Twoo invite) did prove to be a controlling narcissist as well for telling lies to break up my relationship with my ex gf, and thus, clear her path to me. For this reason I told her not to ever contact me again. She did send me several emails and text messages to my cell after that but eventually stopped after I repeatedly told her not to insist. I think at that point she understood that she had messed up, and did not contact me again.

That is, until now from Twoo. But frankly though, after reading about Twoo's sketchy practices online to boost their clientele, I honestly don't think that the invite I received came from her. At least not with her full knowledge, much less with her approval. There's no way in hell she could insist in getting me to pay attention to her again after what she did. In the last text message she had sent me she promised she would not bother me again, and recognized that she had screwed up with her actions. So what I think happened here was that Twoo pulled my email from either her contacts list, and sent me that invite as if it had come from her.

The Twoo invite does have her name and a photo of her doing the Twoo sign, as Twoo's real users usually do to identify themselves as not fake. So the profile might be real. But I find the invite from her very doubtful. I think this is just the folks over at Twoo trying to further expand their social network business with fake accounts by getting me to click their email link. I fell for that trick once from Amigos.com - a similar site that several years ago also used that same invite tactic by sending me an invite to their social network website full of fake profiles. I clearly remember back then (don't recall too well but I think it was sometime between 2007 and 2010) how much time and patience I wasted just trying to eliminate the profile that Amigos.com had created using my Facebook profile picture. I never succeeded, though.

Amigos created the profile by luring me to their site through a fake invite from someone in my Facebook friends' contacts list. They even used one of her photos and her full name to get me to click. Just like Twoo is doing now, once you click the link in your email, Amigos.com would automatically validate your profile without your consent. But you had no control over the profile once it was created. I couldn't even remove my own profile picture... the one they stole from my Facebook account. Amigos would only allow you to add more pics to the profile. Very clever of them. I realized this not by adding more pics since I immediately caught up with the scam as soon as I got to their phony site. It was obvious to me from the get go that my friend's profile was also fake. I found out by thoroughly researching Amigos.com online. There were tons of complaints about how they were luring people using people's contacts from Facebook.

Anyway, this is getting long. I just felt that telling my bad experiences with these so-called fake "Social Networks" might help people realize to stay away from those sites. If you get an email from a social network showing the picture and name of one of your friends on FB, or from any other social network that you use, try to contact the person by other means to make sure they really sent it, or just delete the email entirely. Don't click on the link or sign up to the website because it will only grab your personal info and contacts, and do very annoying things in your name. Things that you would probably never do.
