“Buddy Allen”

Mary F.
1/6/24

Buddy Allen flooring is the BEST flooring company I have ever worked with. I have had over five houses, put wood floors in all of them. I wish I knew about this company sooner. I needed floors added in and also treads that were very high between rooms lowered. I called several companies for estimates and to see if they could add in floor from living room to my kitchen area which previously had laminate for flooring. Most places said they couldn't match wood or it would take to much time. Emory at Buddy Allen came over to give me an estimate. The wood that my floors were is not made any more. Emory took a sample and was able to find what I would say is a perfect match! Most companies said they would have to rip up the entire floor and do all new install and the price of that… Ronnie was my installer. This man is AMAZING! He made it look like it was done all at the same time. The areas I asked the treads to be lowered on he made flat! His work was flawless. His attention to detail and taking the time to do things right just blew me away. They got me on the books fast, found the wood and had shipped to Nashville and in my house to acclimate within a week. I was dealing with medical issues at the time of install. To be able to find trustworthy people is hard now a days. I felt more than comfortable leaving my home In his hands. The install took three days. At the end of each day Ronnie had cleaned everything up and made the space livable for that evening. You could have eaton of the floors it was so clean. This company goes over and beyond the call of duty. Their work is the best I have ever seen and I am just so grateful. The price was significantly cheaper than what it would have cost to rip up floor and start from scratch. Buddy Allen is a company dedicated to giving their clients what they want for a fair price and they will do whatever it takes to get the job done right. They care about the quality of their work and are one of the few places I have found that aren't just looking at getting your money and getting out. Their name stands for amazing quality and craftsmanship, backed up by trustworthy dedicated employees who are going to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. Thank you Buddy Allen, I am so very thankful for you all and I will never use another flooring company! Yen's stole my heart!

“I got suspended for being bullied”

Blue A.
3/8/24

I literally got harrassed, for being bullied. Yes you read this correctly, someone has been harrassing me and 10 others for years at this point (he even harrassed 2 people into killing themselves) yet regardless of the reports, twitter has only ever suspended his victims and not him.

Nov 30 - Suspended since November 7th without any explanation. 10th request! Please send reason so that I might appeal. How might I rectify the situation and get my account reinstated?

Been a user for 3 years now, the app is only becoming worse.

The site is fun at times but gets boring after like 30 minutes of scrolling.

Also, the comment sections are awful. It's just a bunch of people saying "ratio" and OnlyFans models at this point.

I liked twitter in 2013-2018, but it has never been the same. I hope the new management finds the right direction since I still meet lots of great people here.

Tip for consumers:
Find a new direction for your business, the things have not been going well as of lately!

It is ashamed that Twitter censors and blocks certain tweets. In a democratic society people are entitled to be informed openly on public media and exchange ideas. For society to progress, openness, debate and critical thinking is imperative. The public deserve that their governments provide transparency and accountability for whatever it does. Been ordered to "do what I tell you" is myopic and totalitarian.

I wish twitter got a good COO like FB did so they can find ways to develop monetising strategies that can keep the company alive.

So, I joined Twitter because it allows me to know when some of the bands I follow are putting out new material. It also allows nudity and I like the female form, especially at 3 am when I can't sleep. Aside from that, Twitter is essentially all sides of politics arguing in an eternal battle that no one can win.

It's essentially political facebook with more nudity. I log in maybe once a month. Aside from that, if you're looking for any challenging thoughts, you might have more fun watching your drunken uncle get a little too frisky with his leg-shaped lamp.

Twitter was fun until they started shadow banning and censoring people. I have basically quit using the service all together because there are much better options available.

I was blocked without explanation and, was advised during login that I would be allowed back in if I relinquished my celephone information.
I refused to do so and appealed my suspension only find out that my account had been identified as one of many supposedly "... automated spam Twitter accounts..." and although my account was unblocked, I resented being handled by a computer capable of making mistakes that happen to target me as a potential computer?
In August 2020 I will celebrate a year without twitter and I'm still looking for a social media with a human touch that resists the tendency to judge anyone that thinks outside the box as a threat.
May come back to twitter but...

i mean when you make an account it somehow just locks you out of your account and now makes your account suspended or locked for no reason and i think that should stop (and people should stop blocking or muting or harrassing others for no reason and just try and understand others) or etc..... just please make this app better

Twitter really confuses me. I have had an account for many years now and still don't understand what it is all about. I finally gave up trying to figure them out and just post with hopes it will help.

Was it really necessary to put the tweets you liked onto your page? I mean like it's $#*!ing ruining my privacy. People who're stalking me used that $#*! to know what I like and whose tweets I liked! Please remove that $#*! for $#*!'s sake. Don't get me wrong, Twitter's a great place to share your thoughts, it's updated with the latest trends, etc. But I really hate that "Liked" part on your profile that shows what tweets you've been liking. It's been bugging me for a while and it sucks. Pleaaaaaaaseeeeeeeeeee just remove it.

I love you Twitter. The problem I have is that they do not have a way where you can check to see if your twitter account is permanently. It is ridiculous because I want all of my accounts deleted now. They need to provide email and contact number where we can talk to someone.

Basically twitter, has kept me happy with their service, but the down-side is that most of all these social-media sites have millions of people on them creating fake accounts, buying tweets and followers, which never amount to anything. Fake accounts can't read. Post or reply to your messages, so why have them?

Twitter is good and has many users but it's not really that useful to me. I'd rather use other social sites.

I love Twitter, but I have one complaint: the blocking system is CRAP. If it had a blocking feature like Facebook, and if only one account per IP address was allowed, I'd give it five stars. There are too many creeps out there who misuse the site and make it less enjoyable for the rest of us.

Tip for consumers:
Be careful who you talk to.

I like twitter. It's short, sweet, and to the point. There is a link for pictures and if you are actually interested in viewing them you click it and I like that better than facebook.

I'm sick of people with profiles saying "Follow back"
I'm sick of people collecting followers
I'm sick of getting followed by '10 beautiful Indian women' aka creepy old men with Bollywood profiles
I'm sick of that damn fail whale!

Just not what it used to be

Tip for consumers:
Don't get tricked into following strangers trying to pretend they are cute girls.
Don't spam your followers with constant, irrelevant tweets
Watch out for promotions and disingenuous sponsored posts.
