Clearly the lack of identifying the cause for a violation in the volume of bans,suspensions over an account are doing the opposite: allowing people from expressing themselves. The sudden demand for a user to provide their mobile number,not landline is a change that isn't reasonable for a "term of use." Twitter doesn't need to protect users from a databreach. WhatsApp, Facebook. Are infamous for their unauthorized use of,or breach of user data. Moreover, not all users can,or may use a mobile number since a user can access Twitter via a computer.

Mumbai's rich kids are known to take a snort or four. So, it shouldn't come as a surprise when Abu Farhan Azmi, son of Samajwadi Party leader Abu Azmi was arrested by Dubai Police for allegedly smuggling, possessing and consuming drugs.

Farhan Azmi (Ayesha Takia husband) is a restauranteur who owns Café Basilico, ChaiCoffi and Basilico House, among other illegal eateries in the city. While Abu Farhan Azmi's name has frequently appeared in the media as a result of allegations of cheating, fraud, and illegal operations at his different restaurants, it was not news when he was charged with drug consuming and dealing in Dubai.

Abu Farhan Azmi along with three other scions of Mumbai's business families- Shaan Sippy, Bonny Chhabria and Prasad Dandekar had gone to Dubai to attend a car racing event. They were reportedly chilling out in the city's notorious Imperial Hotel bar- in which underworld dons Iqbal Mirchi and Dawood Ibrahim's brother Anees are said to have a stake, when a special anti-narcotics squad raided it. The Dubai police found charas, weighing about five grams which were found in cigarettes recovered from the hotel room in which the four were arrested.

Furthermore, the Dubai police also reportedly found some cocaine and hashish in their hotel room as well as in the rented car which was registered in the name of Abu Farhan Azmi. Son of Samajwadi Party MP Abu Azmi who was absolved in the 1993 bomb blasts case for alleged links with Dawood Ibrahim, Farhan was then charged with drug consuming and dealing as reported by an officer from Dubai's Al-Rifa police station.

The crime branch also suspected that narco kingpin Iqbal Mirchi, who is accused of having Benami stakes in Imperial Hotel, had a role to play in the narcotics house. With relations to the underworld and consuming illegal drugs, Abu Farhan Azmi is indeed a corrupted politician and restauranteur who is walking freely in the country.

Privacy - At first when I started using it, I enjoyed it, until they decided to lock me out of my account when they felt like it because I never had a phone number on my account and they would not let you back in without one. What a major violation of privacy this is. I signed up with an email, but when they lock you out, they do not give you the option to confirm email to get back in. This is Twitters attempt to violate your privacy rights and get your phone number. I wrote them on this situation many times, but their customer service is an utter disgrace! You don't hear back from anyone, and you may get your account back one day once they realize you refuse to give your number.

Censorship - I find you have absolutely no freedom of speech on Twitter. It seems like some people can get away with saying anything, but certain words that may not even include anything offensive at all can result in a lock out or a suspension. If you are looking for freedom of speech, you won't get it on twitter. Fully censored.

Adult Content - Twitter Supports Adult content, so you have no idea when you will see 18 + content showing up on your news feed and you need to be very careful when selecting your settings because Twitter is just like an Adult sex site. You really need to carefully go though all of your settings. Twitter should be sued for the lack of warnings as many underage teens have accounts on there. Side note- if you ever have content that's considered sensitive, yet people report you, even though your content is marked sensitive and they still open it, then they report you, and twitter will suspend your account based on a report that someone made, yet your tweet was marked as sensitive like they asked and followed all of Twitters rules and policy. Twitter needs to remove the option to report when people just decide to report everything they see, even when it's marked as sensitive content and have the block option only if people have an issue, as the report option is highly abused and they cannot keep up with the reports, so it's easier for them to just suspend your account rather than looking into the issue, which isn't fair to the person making the tweets that are following every rule of twitter, yet, gets their account suspended because twitter refuses to help you.

Customer Service - Do they even have any? If you ever get locked out or get a suspended account for not having a phone number due to Twitter violating Privacy rights and trying to force a number and you write them on this, you will never hear anything back from them. They don't investigate any reports that are abused. Twitter will just suspend your account and not tell you why, and when you file an appeal it takes days/weeks if that to even get your account back.

Final Conclusion - If you want a hassle free social media experience, DO NOT join Twitter. I was so sick of random lock outs from privacy violations and for no reason suspended accounts that I had to deactivate every account. Worst social media experience I ever had. Suspending someone's account for merely responding to a political post on Linkedin is a rather aggressive action from Linkedin admin particularly during this covid19 situation when 40% people loose their jobs such action by linked to suspend users is criminal, rather cruel and should be liable to accountability by the Department of Justice.
