This is one of my favorite online stores! Every order has been on time if not delivered earlier than told. I've ordered clothes, shoes, jewelry, blankets and not once was I disappointed! Also makes great gifts for my family since I live on a tight budget because my boys were extremely happy with the hoodies, my girls loved the sandals and my granddaughter takes her mermaid blanket everywhere she goes! My ONLY problem is I don't make enough money to buy everything I want!

Because of a problem with the shipping, my order goes back to Twinkledeals. Twinkledeals comfirms this but they did not want to give me my money back. Twinkledeals suggested the half of the purchase price minus shipping costs (to Germany), to provide as a »refund« to a shop credit in there own store. No joke. All this after tons of e-mails to the support. Newer ever Twinkledeals.

While I received my order in the 8-15 business day time frame, the quality was ridiculously cheap. It wasn't soft - not even fabric softner would help. Overall, you wait for a long time to get what you paid for.

I placed my order of four items ( #T**************) almost two weeks ago now- and when I check the status of my order it STILL says "processing"- meaning they're still putting together the order and it hasn't even shipped yet! When I try to email them directly, I can't get through. After reading all the reviews out there I'm starting to think my order may never show up...

I ordered 3 items.
2 items arrived 2 weeks after order.
1 items pending.
Then i sen email asking abt the 3rd item. They replied and gave option to wait or to change.
Before i reply for the option, they sent email the next morning saying the 3rd item already shipped out. With blur picture of the package. (The picture of first package containing 2 items was very clear with my name and address.)
SO i conclude, they made it by purpose. They will only 2/3 of ur order and gave excuse of out of stock... then, ignore...

In a nut shell, NEVER TRUST A CHEAP WEBSITES LIKE THESE TWINKLEDEALS.com, FASHIONMIA.COM and etc.
CHINAis always CHINA! All fake and cheap $#*!.

I made a purchase on the twinkledeals webpage on the 14th of April '16, it has nearly been a month and still have not received my two items. I am going away in a couple of weeks and wanted them for my holiday. According to the website the company that will deliver my items is China post- who's website is nearly impossible to use/track! Where is my order?

I placed my order and received it within a week, I was unaware I was to pay extra costs due to duty so beware I paid £32. I'm 5 ft 6 and a size 12 s, I ordered everything in large, only the maxi dresses fit, denim jacket very small, denim shorts wouldn't pass my knees, romper suits to short in body ( cameltoe) 2 dresses identical except colour 1 fit 1 didn't, if your a size 8 with an unusual short body try to avoid ordering, I've got £200 pounds of clothes that I can't return although shoes were fine

I ordered a small area rug and I was not pleased with the quality. Per their instructions, I tried to contact them three times via email to discuss a return. No one ever responded. I will not order from them again. Buyer beware!

I ordered a jacket from France. It arrived after 20 days as annouced, but it is a bad copy of the product proposed on the photography. The material and the zip are of a very poor quality. The zip isn't even working properly. Moreover it had a chemical smell that was most disagreeable. The size however was ok. I will not recommend that site and will not order from them again.
Take a look at the photos to get a more precise idea... (a photo of the product advertized and 2 photos of the product received).

I was contacted by the customer service after they saw my comment here. In the end, I chose to keep the item because it would have been too expensive to send it back (but I will not wear it as it looks so cheap). They gave me a refund of 70% of the item value on my Paypal account.

I ordered a dress and jumper. The dress arrived and wasn't as I expected it to be - but guess I am stuck with it.
The jumper hasn't arrived and I have emailed Twinkledeals 3 times so far and they haven't replied. Think I will have to contact PayPal.

After a lengthy and protracted conversation I have received a refund for the two dresses I ordered in February. The second dress never arrived. I shall not buy from twinkledeals again. It took a lot of emails and negotiating websites to find out where my order was. The estimated 25 days was far from the reality, the effort was not worth it. I cannot even submit this review because I have to go back to the email to find the website. Not good enough

I was so excited to order a mermaid tail blanked for my daughter. However it never came. Twinkle deals asked me to wait a few more weeks and then offered a choice of re-order or refund. I chose re-order but was then told they were out of stock. I am dissappointed that I never received the item. At least I finally got my money back several months after my initial order

I received an order today from Twinledeals. Not the item I ordered and 1 item was missing. I spent 10 mins on the website to see if the dress I am waiting for was still advertised. It is not! But I have found 'in the sale dropdown' (36 pp I think) that they have the same item in one page - appearing few pages later with a $6 price difference Watch out!.
I have put 2 stars - as I am waiting to find out if they are going to come back to me re wrong item sent and item missing. If they don't I will of course change my rating!

My order number is TT**************... I have been emailing support for the past 3 weeks and they have assured me the order is shipped out. Well, the tracking website that is used has not been updated since 4-2-17, so I have no idea where this order is. It has been over a month since I placed this order and all I seem to get is the same information I can actually see from the tracking website. Good thing that I ordered through Paypal so I can dispute this and get my money back

D'oh! Suckered in by cute and cheap. Turns out they are terribly made, Chinese disasters. From what I have read elsewhere; People paid and never received anything. People paid for clothes but had to pay high COD charges. People that did receive anything received tiny, badly-made garments. Returns are near impossible. Refunds are nonexistent.

Saw them via Facebook ad. Impulsively bought and THEN read the reviews after my "confirmation" email with no order number and sent from amazonses.com. Read the reviews then, and went back to the site. No order on file. Submitted a request via their "Help" section. Asked for an order number, which I was never given. So I submitted a cancellation request. Confirmation of THAT was more detailed; your email will be answered within 24 hours, blah, blah. (That was 6 hours ago.) Check status here. Click the link, it signs me into my "Ticket" and it states processing. Check intermittently, been showing as processing allllllll day. No order of mine exists on system.

Went through Paypal, started a dispute which gives them 180 days to respond. A gmail address is given as their customer service address.

24 hours later, I had a reply cancelling my order, and a full refund. Whew.

Tip for consumers:
please, please, please don't.

I brought a dress which liked lovely in the picture, what turned up was a cheap material shapeless sack and I'm disgusted I paid £13 for it not worth it at all won't be using this site or any like it again waste of money

Ordered a dress from TwinkleDeals. Took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive, was very poor quality and did not look like picture on line. Did not fit either. To return I would have to pay shipping, so not worth it, as shipping will probably cost more than dress. Since my original review, their customer support have been in touch and refunded my money and told me to keep dress, which is a plus point for them and their customer service team. Thank you.

I tried Twinkledeals because their styles looked great and they seem to have a large selection.
They don't use Asian models, but all of their clothes are sized for Asian women. They say it on their website, but they still don't provide accurate sizing charts.
I ordered a fabulous dress. I usually am an "S" size, but based on their website info, I went up to a "M"
I waited over 2 weeks for this dress to be shipped from China. When it arrived in a tiny envelope, I knew there was going to be a problem.
The "dress" in a size "M" barely fit me as a shirt.
Do you really think I am going to bother with the hassle of shipping this back to China just to get my money back?
I think not.
I also think I shall never order from them again.
Buyers beware - Don't order from them unless you are as tall as a Barbie doll

Ordered a mermaid tail blanket from facebook as a Christmas gift at the end of November. Christmas came and went and the blanket never arrived. The shipping number they attached only works about 10% of the time and has not changed since the first week of December. I contacted their customer service. They couldn't give me an update on the shipping and said that on Jan. 27th (two months after the order) I could contact them if it still hasn't arrived. At that time "we will offer the right solution to you." Not sure what that means. As of this post, it still isn't here. Beware and order at your own risk!

*Update - After posting my review, twinkledeals has refunded my purchase. I appreciate their customer service and willingness to make things right. Still disappointed that nothing arrived.
