I have purchased numerous items from this company. My merchandise arrives quickly. I love the condition of the items the price is great. If you love designer items but not the designer price. You need to check this site out. I am always thrilled with everything i buy from them. You also have the option to sell your gently used items to them for a fair amount in return. I have done this as well. I just love this place.

Mailed them a bag of clothes. Site was purchased by Ebay while the clothes were in transit. Emailed many times for follow up as to when/how I could get them back. No response; couldn't reach anyone there. Still don't have my clothes back, and there's no means for recourse at this point. Total scam.

Should have read the reviews before I consigned. LIke others, I found that they "accepted" a small fraction of what i sent even though they met their guidelines. For example, they didn't accept a pair of Theory pants or a never-worn silk shirt dress from Cusp. Next time I will make the extra effort to consign with my local store so I can get some legitimate money back or I will donate to charity myself.

Sent my items to Twice and heard back immediately from them. I received a check within a reasonable amount of time as well. I would have liked to have gotten a little more money for the items but at least it was better than nothing. They accept Chico's, and did accept 11 out of 14 items. Three of the items were outdated so that is understandable. I would definitely deal with them again which is more than I can say for Thredup.

This is an excellent way to add to your wardrobe for a reasonable price. The package came in a decent amount of time also. They send you a card to sign up with them to become a member to trade in your clothing with them also, based on your taste in buying from them. Its a great way to recycle.

THIS SITE IS HORRIBLE. THEY TAKE TOTAL ADVANTAGE OF PPL WHO ARE TRYING TO MAKE A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY ON GENTLY USED CLOTHING. THEIR PAYOUTS ARE LAUGHABLE. I JUST SENT IN ITEMS AND THEY EXCEPTED MORE THEN 20 ITEMS, AND MY PAYOUT WAS LESS THEN 16 BUCKS! THAT IS LESS THEN A DOLLAR AN ITEM. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO RESELL THE ITEMS FOR QUADRUPLE THE PRICE! ONE ITEM THEY ARE SELLING FOR OVER $13, BUT THEY ONLY PAIDED ME LESS THEN $16 FOR ALL THE ITEMS? HOW CAN THEY DO THAT? I"LL TELL YOU HOW, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM SITE! DON'T SEND IN ANY GOOD ITEMS TO THIS SITE YOU WILL NEVER GET WHAT IT'S WORTH. SPREAD THE WORD, DON'T BUY ANYTHING OR SEND ANYTHING IN, THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PPL! SHAME SHAME ON THEM!
