My wife received an unsolicited phone call (in Spanish) promising belt that would relieve from her chronic back pain. The cost was $160. She received a support that was available from Amazon for $29.99 and some other free items that she specifically declined. When I tried to return them for a full refund, It took several phone calls and several hours of my time before they finally agreed to make only a partial refund. Of $130.
THIS OPERATION IS A SCAM AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I promised to write a negative review if I did not receive a full refund. Some people never learn.

My wife called to order an item advertised at a specific price and was quoted a higher price unless she purchased two items. She declined and terminated the call. This company actually called us back and stated they would honor the advertised price so my wife placed the order. They send a totally different item and when we called to request the proper item, they stated they would need to review the recorded conversation and call us back. They did not call back so my wife called again. They then confirmed that we were sent the wrong item and offered to send the correct item at a much higher price. We stated no, send a refund and they advised us to return the product first at our expense. We stated no and they then agreed to email a postage paid label the same day. These crooks never sent the label so we have contested the transaction with our credit card company. We will be reimbursed and this company will not receive payment from our credit card company. This is a crooked unethical company and should be avoided. They are getting one star because this is the lowest option.

I called the 1800 number announced on TV, and a person that answered the phone did not speak much English. I gave him my waist size, and he took my order for two Hot Belts telling me that the size that would fit me was the "L XL".

I received the two items, they are huge on me - they slide down my legs, and the quality of the material is extremely flimsy.

I am returning 2 Hot Belts due to the poor fabric, and the size not fitting me like it should. I called your customer Service line today, got a very nasty lady on the phone who didnt want to help me and did not speak english. I am asking that you refund my full amount of $90.00 USD that I purchased on June 8th.

Literally called 80 times in this week ( i checked out call history). They harassed people so much, We ended up returning the item. Cheap and ugly looking. They wanted "$20" for shipping and handling. When we were at the post office they told us we didnt have to pay a cent. So we asked the company to send us a bill and they were like "No it has to be by debit or credit" or send money order to this address (blah blah). Im like... uh huh... sound hella suspicious to me. I have bought many TV and internet / magazine items. This is the 1st time I see this like this. Like if they don't send an ACTUAL BILL to my home im not paying any money... I mean we returned the item without even taking it home.
SO NO DONT FALL FOR IT! Do your research before buying you will not have to go through this BS like we did and other costumers did.

People don't get fooled like I was with this belt and the awful service that you get when you want your money, they promise money back within 30 days of purchase... Agents, give you many excuses when you call to ask about your refund, never, ever got my money back after calling them about 30 times. Sick of their excuses and lies about my refund and never getting my $90. Back, on the last call I made to them, I told them that I would call consumer affairs to report them, and they had the nerve to say"Go Ahead". Incredible!, Would never had thought this would happen with this company. Their website is www.TVventas.com.They also have a tv comercial and their number is*******060. Company, treats you really nice when making your order, but is totallyyyyyy different when calling for your refund. Follow my advice!, besides after this awful experience, I found a really good product that really works and at a more cheaper price at Walmart, a$20. Sauna suit. So hope to help many, with my review.
