I put my review in the conversation section. Briefly, I am in Australia and dealt with Bill Brooks around early 2011. He honoured all Calverts orders and I had no bad dealings with him. The T. V. shows were very cheap and I wish I could have bought more from him.

Dont order from them. I used Amazon gift card, they send the wrong order, I have sent many e-mails and they won't reply. I ordered back in sept. His address is

It took my money.
Sent me half my order. That was after emailing him weekly. It is now 2 months later and I am still waiting for my item.
He no longer will answer my emails and had them blocked.
I contacted Amazon to let them know of the potential fraud. It is fraud if he takes the money and does not provide the product. And with the last review I read it is now a pattern
I am also contacting my attorney general in CT. Mr Blumenthal to look into this matter.
If you have any problems contact amazon and let them know of the fraud. It is now on record. He is using the name of good company to fraud the public

Bill Brooks took over the business and he states in his website that he will honor Kendal G Calvert's orders I have been trying since May 5-2010 and still have not received my paid 28 TV Shows paid to Kendal Calvert. Brooks states that he will solve any problems, answer all the emails *******@netzero.net -his phone #*******290 but Brooks does not return emails or return messages neither sends the paid TV Shows I do not know how Brooks is still allowed to continue in business advertising and deceiving people, he is just keeping the money and does not send the paid TV Shows. He owes me $593.44 worth of TV Shows. I hope and pray no more people to be deceived. Website now known as Old Time Favorites.net.

VIVIAN WAITED A WEEK BEFORE SHE GOT TICKED OFF, WELL IT'S BEEN JUST SHORT OF TWO MONTHS FOR ME THEY REPLYED TWICE TO MY E-MAILS BOTH TIMES SAYING THAT THEY WOULD SEND MY ORDER RIGHT AWAY. THE LAST PROMISE WAS TWO WEEKS AGO AND STILL NOTHING, NOW THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER MY E-MAILS. I'LL BE BACK LATER WITH ANY NEWS. I'M NOT GOING TO JUST LAY DOWN AND QUIT. I'LL NEVER QUIT!

It's been over two months since i placed my order and still nothing.in my case i have ordered before and recieved my 1st order pretty quick. Then my wife ordered and it took about two months before she recived her order. But and fill out a now this and this time was my biggest order. Like everyone else i have been very patient but this is rediculus.

I was excited when I found this site. But It has been over a year now that I ordered five DVD sets from them. Paid and they cashed my check right away. Took along time to get the first three. Didn't watch them right away. When I did, They are right off the TV commercials and all. Nothing is shown in order and sometimes the same show is repeated over again. And to this day it's been over a year and I still haven't received my other two DVD sets. I have sent repeated emails and never received any response. I have looked for a customer service number on their site and can't find one. I am really surprized that they are still in business at the rate they are going! I'am still trying to get ahold of them cause at this point I want my money back. If any one has found a way of getting in touch with this "company" I would like to know! I know I will never deal with them again except to get my money back because they don't know what they are doing. How they can charge money for what they do is beyond me. I could do better. I use to tape off the TV too on to VHS but I took out commercials. I have some of the shows I bought on VHS but wanted a good copy on DVD what I got was worst then what I have. And like I said it's been a year and still haven't received my other two sets yet! I would said if you still want to order from them try one at a time. See what you get, before you order too much like I did and lose alot of money and get $#*! in return!

I think they are the pits. There is no way to contact them except through the email address, and they never acknowledge or answer them. They tell you if you purchase and pay for your order with an Amazon gift card your purchase will be shipped sooner. Even though it has not been a full week yet they should be able to tell you when your order will be shipped out.
