This is a total scam! Beware buyer! We ordered a Nama Juicer 5800 for $139.99 and the price was really too good to be true. We got an email confirmation but no shipping updates. We inquired and never received a response. They took the money way via PayPal and also operate through a name Pharmacorp. When I look it up it comes up "TU Shopping" and also "TVSN" so they obviously can't get the name right either

1 star = 0 stars - this is a scam. I bought a NAMA juice for what seemed to be a really cheap price at $139 - do not buy the juicer from this company. They are a FRAUD. I have been waiting for over a month for the shipment, the tracking number they sent me twice leads to nothing, no tracking package via China post. I've been emailed now for the past week with no response. Be CAREFUL, I should have read the reviews first.

Do not use this web site to purchase anything you will not receive the product or be reimbursed! Report fraud!

I bought a juicer on Nov. 24 and not receive anything. I email them and they gave me wrong tracking number twice. It show that the juicer arrived in us, not my house in canada!

Update Feb. 18 2021... always shop online with PayPal, they help me with a full refund!

Ordered a Nama juicer Nov 24th. Today is Jan 18th and I finally (after major amounts of prodding) was able to get a refund from PayPal. Buyer beware and do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company. You will not get your product and the company will send you on a wild goose chase and false tracking info for months!

I have been waiting for my order since November 24th. I emailed them, the answer was, " We are in Australia and cannot help". If I will not receive my order within one week I will ask for refund.

I ordered the Nama Juicer on Jan 29,2021. It took them a few days to get me a tracking number (I had to email & ask). The 1st tracking number I received in an email had a direct click link and UPS came up but the tracking number didn't work. I called UPS to confirm & they said that is not their tracking number. I emailed the company again and said tbe tracking # didn't work. I received another tracking number which was through Canada Post this time. It worked when I checked it out so I thought everything was on track. ***Also Note: their emails are not professional and poorly written, this was my 1st RED FLAG. They also don't have a phone number to call them, 2nd RED FLAG. The juicer arrived on Feb 5,2021 but low & behold it was not the Nama Juicer. It was some knock off juicer that is not even close to the Nama. Let's just say I was in shock and pissed. I emailed them right away and they got back to me the next day & asked me to send them photos, which I did & requested a refund. Then I got an email back with an apology & offering me a 20% discount lol...(a discount off what?). Which is not what I asked for... WOW. I responded and said I want a refund & an address to return the juicer. They responded with my tracking # and said my item was delivered. I replied and said I know it was delivered, you sent me the wrong product (hence the photos & my email). They are definitely STALLING, I'm still waiting on an email back. I also sent another email & pasted their Return Policy from the site, saying again I want a refund and the have broken the law. I have a feeling this will be a battle. Another odd thing, the product was $139.99 USD, I paid $188.00 CAD as in Canada & it was through PayPal. On my invoice, it showed an American company address. But when the item arrived the "From" address was from British Columbia Canada. It makes ZERO sense because if it came from Canada, why did I pay a conversion rate for USD. I already called my bank on Friday and next I will look into my options at PayPal if this SCAM of a company doesn't give me my money back. I'm SO UPSET. If you want the Nama spend the money at full price and get it directly from their website. The pics posted below is 1 pic of the actual Nama juicer & the rest is what I received. They MESSED with the wrong woman though, no one does this to me... mark my words I will get my money back and I will slander and make their life hell. It will go beyond a refund... you DO NOT do this to people and think you'll get away with it... not with me you won't. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE A SCAM 100%.

They will take your money and provide a fake tracking number. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a nama juicer and they took my money and never shipped the juicer.

It's a fake company, they are not authorized rellers and their physical address don't exists. They claim to be from USA under the name TVSHOPPINGNOW.COM but their name on Paypal is Pharma-Central (which has nothing to do with tvshoppingnow) and their email address on paypal is *******@163.com is from China. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I was looking for a space heater, so I researched online for the best space heater, the Blaux heater was recommended.
I searched on google, and this site came up with the Blaux heater - the price was the same as the Blauxheater.io site, with the exception that they had free shipping. So I ordered and paid for the heater. Firstly, I didn't even receive an email confirmation of my order. But I kept a screen shot of the page confirming my order.
The page said that I would receive the heater within 7 days of my order.
On day 8 I emailed the company to ask for the status, they said they were busy, but that I could track the delivery.
I tracked the delivery and it showed it was being sent from CHINA! And that it hadn't even left China.
I emailed them back, and asked them to cancel my order - I had expected it within 7 days of placing the order. I received no response!
Over 7 weeks later a package arrived. It has a heater, but not the Blaux heater I had ordered. It had a knock off brand, the only packaging was all in Chinese.
I emailed the company immediately, and let them know that had not sent me what I ordered and I wished to return it.
They replied back saying, they make very little profit, and wanted to know the problem. I reiterated that I did not receive what I had ordered, and wanted to return it. I have sent them numerous emails and have had no further response.
This is a fraudulent site, that have zero regard for customer service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I purchased a GHD from this site before doing any research on it and now 6 months down the line the GHD is not working (GBP 120.00) and the number the have on their website to contact them doesn't work and the address they have listed also seems to be fake after I found another company in the building and called them and got a response 'i've never heard of this company'

Bought a Circle Glider. Tested it to find a very flimsy product, badly made. Returned item immediately for refund using trackable method. Item delivered, but no refund. Phone contact details turned out to be fake. ROGUES!
