I had received a broken t. V from the trucking company and I refused delivery because of it. I was highly upset with them, so I called them up. They expressed how sorry they were and told me things like this does happen. They then made a claim with the trucking company and shipped out a brand new t. V. I received it 7 business days later with no hassle. Really good company.
If you notice all of the 'good' reviews had not received a product when writing their review. They state things like 'look forward to getting it'. 'just waiting on shipping'. And so on.
The company website shows a cheap price for a product, but after you pay, people keep commenting how they are told there is NO warranty with the product- how can there be no warranty from the manufacturer of a brand new product? Because it is NOT the original product. You will be told to pay more for a 'better' product, or told your order is 'not in stock' or worse, you end up with a tv that is inferior to the real television that you would've gotten had you bought it from someplace selling the real manufacturer tv.
This company is a scam. I ordered a LG 86" TV but it wasn't even available when I called to check on my order. All they want is personal information and there was no TV to sell from the beginning. If you order anything on this website, please be careful. I just receipted a letter
Seem like some one is trying to used my information to apply for a credit card but there was not enough information and denied. I will check to see how this happen and where.
These guys are scam artist at work. Advertised as legitimate brand product but after the payment, they call and email you that the product that you just purchased is a different product. I hope these guys go to hell! DO NOT BUY anything from these guys.
Unfortunately I have to say DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was with the 5 star rating. I have experienced all the negative reviews from previous individuals however I chose to take a chance. I am 7 weeks into trying to get my 2nd tv (1st one was damaged in shipping). They have $2800 of my money and everyday I call I keep getting more excuses or the typical "it was shipped, we will call the trucking company and get back to you". No one calls back, no one cares. You are left on hold forever and passed around. I do not want anyone to have to deal with this treatment. I can't believe they operate like this and get away with it.
No warrenty bs line... etc doubled the online price when i called. SCAM I waited on hold for 20 min to get 'verified' via my order... and listened to the schpeel... ' you do know this model?' at the end... was not a deal at all... wasted my time. Stay away
I recently finally came to the realization that I needed to get a new t. V., since I bought my last one about 7-8 years ago. So I talked to a sales associate that helped me look for a t. V. that was best suited for me. I was looking for a t. V. with a great picture quality for gaming and around my price range. This guy must of spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me until I selected the right one for me. I received my order about a week ago and I extremely pleased with my purchase.
They sent me an email requesting that I call them to confirm my order. They tell me that their trucking company does not come to my state. They wanted to know if they could deliver it to someone else in another state.
I cancelled my order! What a scam.
First you get an order confirmation by email. Next you get multiple emails to CALL them.
When you talk to them - you get the story that you order the cheaper 8-bit version and that you need the 10-bit version which is intended for consumer use and costs $300 more... Don't buy from these folks.
I ordered a TV back in Oct of 2018 and they said it will be in by Dec. Called back Dec, said it will be in by March! Called back in n March and they told me me cancel the order and find it somewhere else! Pathetic loosers rum this company who at liars and crooks! Someone needs to shut this company down! It is a SCAM!
Like many people who have reviewed this awful retailer, I was duped. I was searching for a tv on google and saw that tvdailydeals had the lowest price. I purchased the tv online and received a call later on in the day from tvdailydeals saying that the one I ordered only had 8 bit and that for only a couple hundred more, I could get a better tv with 10 bit. The only problem? The tv I originally wanted was NOT 8 bit, it was 10. Couldn't get them on the phone to explain that I wanted to cancel the order. These guys are pathetic.
Everything went great with my order. Quick easy process, cheapest price, and free delivery. Now I'm just waiting to set up a date with the trucking company.

Company is bait and switch pure and simple. Stay away. They are shady. They sell asian knock offs not the same TV you buy in a store. Less than half the color of normal TV.

Ordered an LG OLED TV.
Called the day after placing an online order to validate the order status because it still showed processing. They said they sent me an email asking me to sign a waiver. Not true. I never received an email. I asked what they needed a waiver for. It was because the TV coming from another country and would have a UC1 panel. FLAG! This is a modified LG TV they are selling as an original. Said I would not sign a waiver and cancelled the order.
LG does not make two versions of this TV and their website does not identify this unsupported modification.
They send an email that you need to call them and then the rep says the TVs are made in Asia and that you need to sign a waver or agree to the waiver over the phone. Total scam, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TVSDAILYDEALS!
I ordered a sony bravia xbr 65x900f from tvsdaily deals. It sounded too good to be true but I gave it a shot. The return policy stated that once I sign off on safe delivery of the package, all liability was now between me and the manufacturer. OK so I submitted my order. The following day I received an email from tvsdeals.com telling me to call and confirm my order. When I called the sales representative made me aware that there is no manufacturers warranty on this product. He also told me that this was an 8 bit processor version of the TV. Not the 10 bit version that I had ordered. BLATANT BAIT & SWITCH. Do not order from this seller! It IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Fortunately they canceled my ordered immediately.
