I placed an order for a download of Microsoft Access 2010 from Tveak.com. I needed it for a school project due in a week. I didn't receive a download link and they didn't respond at all until 10 days later. I had to buy the software elsewhere and Tveak ignored my requests to cancel and they charged my card. They finally sent me a download link 11 days after my order. However, I learned that Microsoft no longer distributed Access 2010 so I doubt it is legitimate. Other customers have received illegitimate activation keys. Do your research. Do not use this this company. Buy your software elsewhere.

They are a fraud.

Microsoft office 2013 installation was quite fast and received the link after placing the order.

I purchased Windows 7 Ultime. Got software and key, but after 3 months the key ran out and couldn't get in touch with company at all to resolve. I had to buy it again, but this time I got it straight from Microsoft. What a crock!

I purchased Windows 7 for a Dell machine. I installed it on my Dell machine. Computer said software wasn't legitimate. I tried several times to resolve issue with no luck. Next step is Attorney General

Don't trust TVEAK! I bought windows 7 and it installed fine but it never asked me for the product key and ran for like 30 days before the trial ran out it asked me for it. I input the product key but the product key is INVALID! I've tried to work with them to correct the problem but they have been very rude throughout the whole process of trying to correct the situation, and they won't return my money because the seal is broken on the product key envelope... How was I to discover that the key was invalid if I didn't try and input it!?

If you have problems with tveak.com and purchased through Paypal please make sure that you report them to PayPal. PayPal has an open dispute and they are watching out for more issues from tveak.com.

The tech support was very helpful and the technical team agent helped me in getting the product installed and activated. Very happy and now i am able to use the Microsot Windows 7 Professional.

They sold be a windows 7 operating system with a bad Key code. It may work on a Dell machine but it would not work on my machine. When I request a valid code all I got was silence.

THIS WEBSITE IS A TOTAL SCAM! Be warned! Do not purchase from this website. Ever since I did, I have been receiving shady phone calls non-stop! I ordered a Windows 7 download which did NOT download properly. I had to track down a number to get in touch with them because their website has been down. When I did finally speak to someone I thought they had helped me- a day later I get a phone call from "Microsoft" saying I would get a refund for my money that I had paid to tveak.com. He got on my computer using ammy.com and tried to get me to put my credit card information. All the while being rude! I immediately shut my computer down and ran a system check. I also called my credit company and reported what happened. The calls did NOT stop- not only did they call my business phone, they even called my cell phone. A DIFFERENT guy from "Microsoft" trying to pull another scam. So crazy! Stay away! You have been warned!
