I would love to refer this service to friends, unfortunately We haven't used it in awhile and have moved. I have sent 17 requests to reset password and have no response. They are not reliable to try and do service with. It is so frustating

Phone calls are nearly always answered on the 1st ring and email replies are likewise nearly always replied too within 15 minutes. Easy enough to verify this– just call (619) 479-6637.
We originally contacted Jim for his hack repair services when our site was hacked a few years ago. He had us up and running in no time. After realizing my site had been hacked and several attempts to remedy the situation through help from the hosting company a solution was not found. I did some research online to find Jim at https://TVCnet.com so I gave him a ring on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. Of course I thought I would get voice mail being it was a holiday weekend but to my amazement Jim answered and was able to start working on my site almost immediately.
The problem is fixed and Jim even checked on it a few days later. I would definitely recommend this service. Thanks again Jim.
