Turtle Wax

1st they screwed up my appointment, then when I dropped the car off at 7:30sm for a complete car care package-$249.00 on a Saturday and was told it would be done by noon. At 2:30 I had to call to find out when it would be ready by 3pm. Arrived to find my weather tech mats missing and a dent in the front driver side fender by the door where it looks like the guy would have leaned against it to wash and wax it. I complained and after awhile the assistant mgr brought me 2 gray corolla mats- I have a black Chrysler with a black interior.Of course I was told the mats were never there but the dent was. Both lies. After hounding them-for 2weeks, my weathertech mats appeared- not new new ones they bought but my originals that they said they found. Their video showing my car being washed shows NO dent but the video showing the car completely done and waiting to be picked up clearly shows the dent BUT they still claim they aren't responsible. So if you have to go there and I DON'T recommend it, you better video your inside and outside of your cat 1st or all that damage will have been there when you brought it in.
