I ordered from them their top of line the Turtle beach elite 800 and it cost me 300$. I registered the headset on their website and received email from them that i'm entitled for free gift which one Turtle beach Tshirt and 2 additional cover cap for the headset. They shipped the gifts to my address in Saudi Arabia but the shipment missed somewhere. Tried to contact them with no accurate data about my shipment. After 8 months of follow up they sent me email that they are sorry that they can't provide anymore gifts as this promotion finished! I can't accept this careless and kind of responses, they should treat all the customers in the same way.
