I bought 5 items from the site and wished I had read more reviews first. When it comes to Jewelry they have a VERY good photographer with a macro lens. Nothing came as it appeared - much cheaper looking in person. Then they say it's buyer's remorse and there is a 10% fee to return items... For me it had nothing to do with buyer's remorse - the cost was low - just not low enough to justify they quality (or lack thereof) of the products. STAY AWAY from this site...

I have been watching the site. I do believe the price-dropping is a clever marketing scheme that encourages people to desire and purchase items. Have you noticed that items never reach rock-bottom price or zero, and that every item "sells?"
I think the higher prices at the onset are intentionally inflated and there is a set price for each item, which if reached, closes the round.
Items are advertised as sold and rounds closed, whether or not the item sells. A round soon re-opens and the cycle continues. The lowest price, I think, is predetermined.
You may find pretty good prices and you may find typical prices, similar to those at your local chain box-store. I doubt you'll find an absolutely great deal. It's not a real auction, not even a backwards auction. Have fun, and I hope you find what you're looking for at very good price; be careful that you don't get sucked in to trading the money you traded time for, to acquire too many things you don't need or really want at after all. It is a cute, active marketing ploy. That's just my opinion.

Instead of creating a set price, our model gives the consumer the option to choose the price they are willing to pay. Once it drops to the amount you want, just freeze it to lock it in at that price. We do, however, understand that there may be other sites where you can find the item at a less expensive price than Tumble Deal. That's why we encourage you to price check elsewhere, that way you are more familiar with how the item is priced on other sites or stores. Once you get an idea of how low the price is elsewhere, you can come back to Tumble Deal and wait for the item to drop below that price. This method ensures that you get the best possible deal every time.

I wouldn't recommend for any woman or man to purchase jewelry from TumbleDeal. Why? I heard about this website through Yahoo links and thought it was interesting. They had a sale going on for "gold" jewelry. I was so convinced to purchase a pair of 18k gold earrings. They looked so beautiful that I couldn't resist but freeze the price on them. I ended up paying only $8.00. I thought it was a great deal and thought the shipping and handling was so cheap, $1.00. I received them at the time I was suppose to expect the delivery. I wore them the same day and trusted to know that they were gold earrings. Forty-eight hours later, I noticed the area around the earring was a bit greenish and took them off to inspect them. Sure enough, the gold was turning to a bronze color and the clip had a bit of green around it. DO NOT purchase jewelry from this website even if it says that it is 18k. It is a lie! I will never purchase jewelry again. I highly believe their handbags are fakes too.

I bought what was supposed to be a MK collection bag. When I received it that was not what it was. It was a DS Bag w/ foreign language. Sooo disappointed!

I am a new customer and ordered a pair of earrings, they came in the total wrong color the photo was of black earrings and my order CLEARLY said BLACK... they sent white, but the return process seems to much hassle so kept them, I did report this on the inquiry following this order. Then the next thing I ordered was a necklace for my granddaughter, it came and is 16" which is too small for most adults, there was no size posted with the necklace but who on earth would expect a 16" chain, that is abnormally small... I am giving it to a niece, again the return process is not worth it... I have a handbag I ordered still to be delivered and that will be the deciding factor as to whether you have lost this customer or I give you another try...

I spent over $20 for a pair of Swarovski teardrop earrings. I got them yesterday. I could not believe the poor quality of the earrings. Highly doubt they are Swarovski crystals. I put them on and within a half hour, one of them broke off right at the wire! I've contacted TumbleDeal for a refund and am waiting for their response. Don't think I'll be buying from them again!

On a whim I purchased a purse which was claimed be be $200+ for about $35. Later I looked on Amazon and found no purse of that brand ran much over $35, and many a lot less.
Fool me once…
Also, it would be very helpful if the description would include the weight of the purse. This one weighs empty almost what my other one weighs full. Ouch.
DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE JUMPING IN HERE.

All of us are looking to save money but we usually want quality too. I had hoped to find that on TumbleDeal. Unfortunately, after 'winning' several bids, and found the quality of the items subpar. Fortunately Tumbledeal took back a blue and white diamond ring that had such poor quality that I wouldn't let my daughter wear it. They gave me a 'store credit' which I used to purchase a leather handbag. Turns out that although it claims to be 'Italian leather $300 handbag' which I paid $104 for, the quality is on par with a $25 bag from any local shoe store. The handles, the 'leather', the workmanship are all subpar. I closed my account and have no plans to 'win' anything else on the site. Make sure you know the true value before purchasing. A few google searches should give you a good idea and be wary of the descriptions of items on tumbledeal. I haven't found them to be accurate on the items I have purchased.

I was very skeptical about authenticity of merchandise so I tried one bag mkf is definitely a fake But you get what you pay for. The bag is nice for a fake tumble deal needs to be truthful the stuff is fake

Tip for consumers:
Be realistic you are not going to get a designer purse that cheap

If you want real save your money go to reputable dealer

I am a little concerned that the Majority of the reviews deal with customer service and returns that is an indication that products are not what they apear to be. If they were then I would think that the reviews would be more geared around quality and satisfaction with products rather than returns and dealing with customer service for issues.

Colors are awesome but bras are of very poor quality. After purchasing I decided to keep them but big mistake. Less than two months later the clasp on one of the bras is gone and another bra has an obvious hole in the material. I missed the return date by a week. I have paid less for bras and they have lasted longer. Steer clear of this one.

I understand that there was apparently an over-offer of a bag, but I'm not really sure that speaks well for your company. I was very excited to receive mine and can't find one comparable. The concept is great, but I think you should make certain you have enough of the item.

It took more than four weeks to receive the purse.
The dimensions of the purse are not on the website. I wanted a small purse and the size was OK. The other purse I received, though, was much smaller than expected. Please put dimensions, height, width, depth when describing an article. It does make a difference.

First time using site, have found turnaround time to be very slow. Product very nice. Disappointed in lack of communication. Paid for merchandise, was cancelled by Tumbledeal, I was not notified. When I never received merchandise, I had to notify Tumbledeal that I didnt get merchandise at which time of was then notified of cancellation. Did receive quick refund, But not impressed with communication. Gonna give it another try as I actually like the site itself.

I ordered three separate items from Tumble Deal, I was pleased with one of them and high disappointed with the other two. One item, a bracelet, was completely different than what had been portrayed on the site and ugly. The second one was a ring and the stone was so dark it looked black, it was supposed to be an amethyst.

Dissatisfied with business practices. Not allowed to consider purchase prior to order being placed. Promo code for free shipping not honored. I saw similar item online for a much lower price. I paid 700% more on tumbledeal.com, than I would have on the other advertised site. Tumbledeal.com has suspicious checkout practices, as well. I clicked to send mailing information at checkout, and the site pushed me forward and processed the order without my review or consent! Their $165 retail price appears to be inflated, incorrect and dishonest. Contacted phone number at *******467, but no one answered the phone. Wrote my concerns to a message on their site, and then asked that they please cancel my order, but, it has not been acknowledged yet.

Tip for consumers:
Only protect the money that you don't want to waste.

I wrote customer suppport at least 5X (different products each time) about not being able to unfreeze an item-the "X" box wasn't appearing in item description to unfreeze and allow me to go back to shopping. I got no viable response, if any, just boilerplate language that included admonishment for repeatedly writing on the same subject. I wrote them and stated that I figured that the malfunction then was likely not a malfunction, but used to trap customers on an item so they would relent and buy. I requested that they reverse all orders and have a supervisor contact me. They DID reverse all but one order-no supervisor, or anyone else, contacted me. Last item not reversed? The "bamboo sheets" that another reviewer (here) who ordered them wrote were actually POLYESTER. I had 7 orders. I typed all into the order ID number box below, but don't know if the field will take the numbers or not. Whomever edits this review can check my account and see all the cancelled items - 6. Additionally, if you get a no-cost shipping deal and type in the code, but forget to hit apply (not automatic!) it doesn't transfer. The "deal" is not automatic once you qualify. Even if you ordered repeatedly in one sitting. So, to me, Web site functionality is BAD. I have the emails to and fro customer support should you wish to receive them.

Tip for consumers:
If the item you freeze (to lock in price so you can check the details- materials, color choices,etc.) does not have the "X" box showing, you will have to wait the 8 minutes or so for it to expire before you can buy or freeze another item. I lost out on many a good deal due to this. So, what did I do? I wrote customer support. THEY DID NOTHING, but did advise me not to write about the same subject more than once. Web site functionality was not important enough to act upon. Why bother?

We strongly suggest reviewing the description, materials, color choices, and any other features that are important to you BEFORE freezing the item. Once you freeze the item, you lock in the price you are willing to pay, and you will have ten minutes to check out. However, if you review the item details and decide it is something you don't want, then do not freeze the item, otherwise you will have to wait ten minutes for the item to clear before you can start on a different tumble. Hope that helps!
