I bought 5 items from the site and wished I had read more reviews first. When it comes to Jewelry they have a VERY good photographer with a macro lens. Nothing came as it appeared - much cheaper looking in person. Then they say it's buyer's remorse and there is a 10% fee to return items... For me it had nothing to do with buyer's remorse - the cost was low - just not low enough to justify they quality (or lack thereof) of the products. STAY AWAY from this site...

I bought 5 items from the site and wished I had read more reviews first. When it comes to Jewelry they have a VERY good photographer with a macro lens. Nothing came as it appeared - much cheaper looking in person. Then they say it's buyer's remorse and there is a 10% fee to return items... For me it had nothing to do with buyer's remorse - the cost was low - just not low enough to justify they quality (or lack thereof) of the products.

I should have known better, and I did, but took a chance anyway. I was NOT surprised when the "Coach" handbag arrived and it was NOT a Coach. It smelled terrible, and had none of the markings the Coach website listed to ensure a handbag was authentic. It looks passable and if you don't mind paying $185.00 for a fake with an odor, this is for you. BUT, if you want an authentic name brand of almost anything, get as far away from TumbleDeal as possible. I am deleting TUMBLEDEAL from my computer.

My first order contained a purse and was a great price. So I wanted a matching wallet. I found one and bought it. It was cream color to match the purse. When I got to the final check out after I paid for the wallet it showed I bought a coffee colored wallet which is NOT TRUE! I clicked on to the Beige color before the final check out. I told them if I get a coffee colored wallet I will be relentless at making this site miserable on FaceBook and all other social sites! Even the gay, jewish, republican, alien and or ALL COMMUNITIES! It really Piss d me off!

I purchased 2 sets of sheets that were hyped at "the best". The fitted sheet had and elastic running around the sheet so it could be considered fitted. I returned the 2nd set for a "credit" as they wouldn't refund my money. I then used my credit on a Bluetooth SoundLogic speaker/phone set up. It didn't even come close to working. I had several tech knowledgeable people look at it and they said... junk. SoundLogic said they didn't manufacture the item I was referring to. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Shame on me for being so gullible. DO NOT fall prey to this site!

What more can I say. If you don't mind throwing your money away, buy from this company! Still waiting for my order after 6 weeks and several emails. The original shipping time was supposed to be 2 to 4 weeks.

I received a watch 2 weeks ago that is not remotely similar to the one I purchased and I CANNOT get a call or return mailing label from the fulfillment center or tumbledeal. As they did break a contract, (yes, a purchase is a contract) perhaps I need to get an attorney involved. I've never been treated so poorly by a company before. I can't believe that they are still in business.

Thought I was buying a Michael Kors. But when it arrived it was a fake. When u tried to call customer service at Tumbledeal got no answer. Save your money for the real deal.

I am having a very difficult time returning an item I bought for Christmas. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times and have heard NOTHING back! During the ordering process I had emailed them and got a response immediately, but nothing from the, at least, four times I've emailed them about the return!

I'm a woman who loves bags. I have bags on top of bags, I used to buy and flip bags. Needless to say, I'm a bag lady! I was through the roof excited when I found Tumbledeal because I thought it was such a neat idea to auction bags and other items! I ordered the Payton Coach logo satchel. It was gorgeous in the picture and WAS real IN THE PICTURE. Then I received the bag... The bag was obviously fake. It came wrapped in plastic (real leather can not be wrapped in plastic because it needs to breathe), there was no dust bag, the hardware was chinsy and looked it, there was no serial number, AND on the Coach card inside of the bag, it was in Chinese. Also, the "Coach" tag on the outside of the bag was not lifted and indented. It said "Coach" on it and the writing was crooked. This website advertises REAL products, but SELLS fake ones and knock offs. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. I spent $175 on this bag. I got my money back, but that's not the point. To buy an item thinking it's real, is horrible. You wait the time to get the item and then you are disappointed. To SEE a a real item, but get a fake one is horrible! Worst business experience of my life. Under Tumbledeal's return policy, it says that purses can not be returned, but I feel like this company KNOWS that they are doing bad and FALSE business and doesn't want to get reported so they rather just give you your money back to shut you up.

The earrings that I purchased (tanzanite multi stone) were of such an inferior quality that I will most likely never purchase anything from tumbledeal again (the stones were not even the correct blue tanzanite color --they were a light gray--and they did not match in color within each earring!) but customer service instantly responded to my request for a full refund and were excellent and easy to communicate with.

I don not recommend this site. The Name brand product I purchased is not real & of good quailty on this site.The Description states MKF Collection. I purchased the item as a Michael Kors Factory Product. The return policy is not exactly as stated under the products.

It has been earlier this buying what I thought was a coach purse. I received the purse in reasonablt time. I paid over 100.00 for it. It appeared to not be authentic. I have owned several coach purses and it looked and felt nothing lije a coach. I now wish that I had read the reviews before ordering. I read what I thought. I called and was told I would get my refund. Several weeks later I called them back and the story had changed to a store credit would be given. It takes forever for soneone to pick up the phone when you call. I am going to attempt to order something to get my store credit. I like qvc for all the reasons that tumboe deal isn't.

Won't catch me buying from them. When I click on an apple product the next screen flashes a much lower price and then goes back to the higher price and continues count down. After watching a few auctions, I noticed the price that was flash was the same price that the auction ended at. Just a cheesy marketing scheme, you will never get a great deal. Maybe just some fair prices, but I can get fair from Amazon.

I purchased 2 Clinique foaming soap that are actually SAMPLE size tubes! Save your $ and get the FULL size product at any Clinique store for the same price. This was a RIP OFF

Ordered and received the king size cream bamboo sheets I have never seen such flimsy and poor quality bed linens before. They say they are king size but maybe they will fit a queen bed. Supposedly they where $214.00 dollars I purchased them for $41.00 as the saying goes if it is to good to be true it probably is. This was my first purchase and will be my last.

I originally had given them a wonderful review and praised them in many ways. I had told all of my friends to use the website. However after spending loads of money on the site I foundon't a really cute necklace and earing set and got it for somewhere around 30 dollars. The first time I wore it, it broke. So I called and they sent me a new one. Then I wore the new one 2 times and the 3rd time I put it on it broke. I called them and they told me they would not replace it because it had been more than 30 days. I think that is absurd. You can't guarantee your items for more than 30 days? I will never spend another dime on this site.

Ok the concept is very appealing until you realize it is a total scam. Don't fall for it! The bag I received smells of chemicals, very poor quality and clearly a fake! Look beyond this site if you want to purchase any of the products they offer, you will find better deals elsewhere and probably will be the real thing. Also if it seems to good to be true it probably is!

They place items up for bid take the money from your account... Apparently you won the bid. Wrong!
You get an Email that unfortunately they cannot execute the order due to stock issues and that the money will be placed back into your account within a couple of days.
Wonder what would happen if you overpaid... I guess they would make a point of finding the items...
Reputable companies don't conduct business this way.

I am totally dissatisfied with this purchase I made on this site. A pair of Gold post CZ earrings. $19.99. The posts were so flimsy they bent just trying to put them in. The actual earring that hold the stone is weird looking and the stone is super small. To top is all off, the website says no returns on earrings! I have contacted customer service twice and still have not heard back from them. If I could send them back, they state I will have to pay the return shipping AND there is a 10% restock fee. There is no way I will be giving them any more of my money and I will be sure to warn all my friends of FACEBOOK as well.

I bought jewelries worth of over 200 dollars and I just wore one for two weeks and it has totally changed to a dark color, but in the description they have written that the color will not change, so their goods are not what they saywon't be buying anything from them anymore

I ordered a leather Coach purse. I received a box with a purse in it that was obviously a knock off. I took it to the Coach store and confirmed that the purse was a fake. So disappointed!
