Great customer service on the phone initially and the pick up went perfectly. Then not good. Called TSI to track the shipment after 5 days and was told it had been dropped off to another shipper and the new shipper had been calling me--they hadn't. Called the shipper and they couldn't find my shipment by the tracking number from TSI. Seems it was changed. They found the shipment, confirmed they had not called me because they were passing it on to yet another shipper because where TSI had dropped it, they didn't serve the delivery area. He kindly gave me the name of the company they were going to pass it along to and the newly assigned tracking number. I spoke with the third shipper this morning and he stated they infrequently come to the delivery area but will make a trip next week.
Was given date for pick up after canceling previous date. Was told I would be called on Monday with a time and was not called. Called again and was told again I would be contacted. The truck came on day of cancellation when adult at work with client present under treatment. Teens present to help. Very inconvenient for customer. Poor communication with company, Therefore an organ stool was not picked up and will have to be sent UPS or mail.
Friendly and responsive staff at Transit Systems. The piano was picked up 16 business days after scheduling, though I received a phone call from a mover saying it wouldn't be picked up until 14 days later. Time was important due to the sale of our house, so after calling Transit in a state of minor panic, Operations was able to get the piano picked up the day I had been told that it would be. It was delivered 8 days later. As it turned out, the movers who delivered were only a two man team and had a very difficult time, understandably, getting the piano up the stairs which were on the invoice. My husband helped them out with the last four steps. Two very nice men, but they could have used some more help for a piano delivery. I was concerned that someone may get hurt. The piano arrived safely and honestly, that's what matters the most to me. My piano is like one of the family.

Very efficient and courteous. They explained all shipping options clearly and helped me reach the one that best suited my needs putting me at ease with the whole process. The email exchanges I had will them were answered in a very timely manner.

I highly recommend transit systems for your shipping needs. It is nice to have a one stop shop from home where you can arrange to ship most anything from anywhere to anywhere. In my case the Florida Keys. Such a simple process and friendly staff. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I cancelled my shipment with Transit systems due to the length of time the pickup of my item would take. I paid 1090 dollars for so-called white glove service, and feel that a pickup time of up to 15 business days is unacceptable considering how much extra this service cost me. Also, why do you charge the full cost at time of contract, rather than at time of pickup? These were the two main reasons for my cancellation, but I might add that Phillip was very helpful and polite during my telephone conversations with him, even when I cancelled.
The preparation process has been easy and well informed. Cathy has been great to work with.
Worst customer service! Driver changed pick up times and dates 3 times! Our grandfather clock was supposed to be delivered around the 14th of July, and we started calling on the 27th to find out where it was, and no one returned our phone calls! I finally emailed the company to let them know we were going to report it stolen! Do not use this company!

Answer: From what I can tell, a scam. They charged me $2000; confirmed a pickup date, and didnt show up. Since then they've been dodging calls and emails.
