I am making a Youtube series about Spotify scams. If a service delivered using bots, I showcase the cost and process. I do not demand a refund as I go into it knowing what to expect. TS Digital is an entirely different breed of con artist.

The DJ Record Pool doesn't exist. If it does, they don't use it. You place an order and then wait. Nothing happens for weeks. I wrote to them several times, no response. Eventually, I started getting auto emails saying I need to prove I am NOT with Distrokid, and then they'll do the work. I wrote, no response.

So, I called my bank and asked them to refund it. I told my bank I contacted them and got no reply. TS Digital has accused me of claiming the charge itself was fraudulent, thankfully my bank confirms it was reported under deceptive service. I acknowledged I placed the order.

At this point, once I got my money back a man going by "Jeff" has been harassing me, leaving voicemails and sending threatening emails. Claiming to send my info to the police, my bank, and doxx my IP address among other personal details.

"Jeff" used a burner cell app with a Nashville area code despite personally living in GA. He claims to work directly for UMG, and that TS Digital is one of many sub-entities of UMG. He claims I personally have been banned from "UMG and all subsidiary entities such as TS Digital." He refused to acknowledge this voice mail, thankfully I sent him an mp3 of it, so, maybe he sees he messed up finally.

Finally, I'd like to mention I am a producer and used a stage name account on a track I commissioned off Fiverr haha. He thinks he got me and it's quite the opposite. I have documented this all, sent the info to UMG, and Spotify, and informed my bank of the harassment.

This isn't just a bad promo, TS Digital is run by someone vile, cruel, misleading, and toxic. I oddly have personal contacts at UMG, I've sent the info to them as well. I've even collabbed with a few subcontracted ghost producers there. So, of all people to use this scare tactic on, I am not one of them. UMG has no idea who "Jeff" is, and would like it to be known TS Digital is not affiliated. YouTube link with proof on the way. You've been warned.

The guy is still harassing me, denying everything. He has now changed his story from stating he will report me to the police and the bank to say I am overreacting and he simply wanted to inform me they refunded me and stopped my promo. We can add backtracking and gaslighting to the list. Thankfully the facts speak for themselves.
