I bought a nono pro in North Bay Ontario Canada . Tried it for a month and contacted the manager to return as I thought it was guaranteed refund if it didn t work. Manager laughed on the phone saying i didn t use it properly.(followed the instruction not hard to do) Needless the product doesn t work on coarse hair. I m upset because it cost over 300.00. Anyway I already posted some warning in stores online...ect for buyer beware. I also called main branch of nono and no help from them. Not surprised. Oh the product is hard on skin. I have burns from low setting.

Product makes a lot of promises about hair removal. However is not effective. I had several friends and family try and they had the same result... Did Not Work.
Does not do what it says and when I tried to return the product - was told to continue to try and they would extend my warranty time. When I continued to use it and it still did not work - I called back and was told that my warranty was over and could no longer return. The girl suggested to sell it on ebay. Dont buy the product it DOES NOT WORK!
Was charged 3 times for a one time charge -- 3 months in a row... am trying to contact them but instead of crediting the charge they charged me again this month! Tried emailing them again today.
Buyers beware... web site experiences technical difficulties, customer service email... don't expect a response, refunds extremely slow still waiting for my money back after 1 month, still no joy... DONT GO NEAR THIS WEB SITE :o(
