I used myself to find if the site is real and they associated people with me I've never heard of
They said I had a criminal background and social media both are lies. Don't $#*! with this site it's bull$#*! real talk go pull public records

This was a great thorough search and 100% spot on without having much information to start. It was fast, accurate and straight forward with pricing and explanations. Had a glitch in March on my account. As a plus with Truthfinder, you can actually talk to a real person: I had the good luck to get 'Roxanne'. She followed all the protocols, asked how she could help, and followed every bullet point of great Customer Service. I would hire her in a minute!

On the timeline, some activities appear as many as 4 times on the EXACT same day with the EXACT same information. If the information is coming from 4 different sources, it should still appear 1 time.
This problem is a programming error and should be fixed. You are charging people money for just setting a computer program to look through chosen sources and throwing them all together without any oversight. It could be a so much better program.
When a new person enters the timeline, the source should list what that person is.

Site pretends to be busy finding records when its just a timed animation, another click bate type tactic. Not much different than using a phrase like 'lawyers hate this weird trick' just something getting you at a different angle. All with a bait and switch to boot. FREE, FREE FREE, why pay for another who is less quality and sucks, our service is free and super duper awesome. But after the 20 minutes of bull crap animations progress bar that is only really measuring how gullible we are, we found an amazing amount of records that will blow your socks off, but just subscribe here and give us some money.

I experimented with sibling information I already knew to check accuracy etc. before using in any other ways, finding lost friends, etc.
Hardly any information, long deceased relatives listed as alive, wrong information, useless. Don't subscribe in the first place. Sorry we even tried this experiment! Waste of money and time.
