Claim Your BusinessWent to through Google shopping for a box spring, came across Tustxdeal.com and bought it through them. A few days after the ship date lapsed I emailed them about the status of the item. I received a response a day later that the item was no longer in stock and to expect a refund within 7-21 days. Day 23 and the site no longer loads. I did get a response from them about my refund indicating that they have received my email and would contact me within 24-72 hours. Day 3 and no response. Filed a dispute with our bank! $85.83

Tip for consumers:
Don't purchase through them!
Just like all of the reviews that I read so far, all bad, same with me. I ordered 1TB SSD and got email its not in stock and refund is coming. Two months later still no refund but I disputed charge and got credit from bank. If it's too good to be true check it out on reviews.
Would have been 0 stars if that was an option! I have the same experience as the other reviewers: Placed an order ($49.99 item). Days later I received an email stating item is no longer available and that a refund is being processed and it could take 7-21 days for the refund to be credited back to my credit card. After 23 days still no refund so I tried to email them to inquire about it but this time my email was kicked back to me saying it was not deliverable. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and hopefully I will get my money back.
I ordered a 1T SSD drive on April 4th for $99.99 and got a confirmation number ******* stating that my order was being processed but have not gotten any item delivered or no response from my request for a delivery date.
Below is the response from trustXdeal 3days after my order that they never refunded. I emailed them for updates on my refund I knew there was a problem when they did not respond.
I see now all the items on the website marked not available so I hope nobody else falls for this scam.

FBI Internet Complaint filed:
Item ordered from Trustxdeal (https://trustxdeal.com/contact/) on 04/08/19. Email sent 04/10/19 indicating no-stock, and "Order # ******* has been refunded". Received bill on credit card today, with a charge, and yet NO refund. Disputing charge with bank/credit card, and letting Reddit know what happened as well. Not cool.
I currently have traced this back to two telephone #'s in Oakland and Pasadena area. Looks like there are two telephone #'s related to Trustxdeal: This is the # on the credit card bill: *******015 (all it would say was that it was a Google subscriber, so perhaps it is a Google Voice tel #, and letting Google know it is being used potentially for fraud might help Google shut down that #).
And oddly, about 1 minute after leaving a message with them on the above tel #, the following # attempted to call me, but quickly hung up (perhaps a coincidence, but I doubt it, since I have no other calls coming in from the other end of the country, on a Sunday!): *******029. This 2nd # had no answer (just kept ringing and ringing).
Looks like a common these folks do, as indicated on Reddit (see bottom of page for the stuff on them): https://www.reddit.com/r/DataHoarder/comments/ayh64g/possible_scam_site_stresssalecom/ -- trustxdeal stuff at bottom of page. Looks like a common thing they do.
