I gave this website a chance to help me with an "exam" that was really a 10 page paper. I paid $169.00 for this service to be performed in 5 days and gave all needed documents(a total of 10 documents were provided). The writer for my paper did not seem competent and there seemed to be a language barrier when communicating over the messages. I was nervous all week about this service and the $169.00 I spent on it. The due date arrives and what I receive is a 25 page paper... using none of the mandatory sources and ignoring my entire rubric. At this point I am stressed and it does not get any better. After asking for a revision I am met with a change of writers twice and the company asking for extension after extension. Eventually it was almost 2 weeks past the due date for the paper and I had nothing to show for it. I demanded a full refund and upon waiting another week was met with this gentlemen named Max offering me an absolutely appalling 35% refund... This has been a nightmare situation and service to use and I wish I never trust them to begin with. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. I am still in an email battle with this Max character fighting for my $169 back after having to withdraw from a $550 course... The least they could do is make this easy but no. Stay far far away...

Absolute horrible service! I paid for an essay to be written and when I received it, I could not believe how absolutely horrible it was. It was clearly not written by a native English speaker, as the diction and wording was completely off - hardly made sense at all. There were sentences that felt forced and jumbled and words put in the wrong place. I complained to the company and asked that they read for themselves the horrible essay I received. They agreed to refund me 50% and upgrade me to their highest level writer for my next essay. I used the credit and PhD level writer they provided for my next essay and was again disappointed. While the first essay made no sense entirely, the second essay was written like a high school freshman failing English, it was a disgrace, and that was what they claimed to be their "highest level writer". Do not use this service unless you want to pay high fees for horrible writing. STAY AWAY!

Asked to write a paper for my literature class since I could give two $#*!s for English classes, just don't need to $#*! up my GPA. Gave them 24 hours in advance, paid the required price, and submitted all the requirements (which was not a lot). The paper I received back was done 12 hours before the due date, meaning they had time to not make it as $#*! as they did. It looked like it was written by a 12 year old trying to watch tv at the same time. I sent back what I wanted corrected and didn't get a message back until 4 minutes after it was due. This was after reaching out to them a couple times before it was due. I ended up getting a 65 bc it was too late for me to do the $#*! myself. After filing a complaint, they said they could only return 70% of what I paid. What's worse is that I ended up with a $#*!ing C in literature and a 78 nonetheless. $#*! these people for advertising something they're not. They couldn't even get me a C for the paper. Usually I never post reviews bc I could not give two $#*!s, but this was pretty $#*!ed up so I have gone out of my way to $#*! on this company. I hope this saves other people.

I tried to get three assignments done. One was late and done wrong. I am at my 4th revision and I had to pay extra to get it done at a certain time, only to find out that the writer needs more time? I also received three F's for plagiarism which they wont even respond to. Im trying to edit the paper again but I just feel like its a constant disappointment and I cant even get my money back.

Received my order, was not satisfied with the CONTENT and the formatting of the essay, told writer to format it the way I want it and to also add another point that was really relevant to the essay, writer ignored my request regarding adding another point and states that his formatting was correct.

Customer service replied saying I could get another writer to write an essay from scratch for me within 14 days, I replied saying I need one immediately as my deadline was in 9 hours, no response from customer feedback.

I swear to god I've never wasted this much money on something so useless ever. Even the essay the writer gave me was obviously a half-assed one, looking at the way he constructs his sentences. Please do yourself a favour and find other essay writing services.

Do not use this site. I tried using this service twice and it was not a good experience. The first paper was a total mess and they had to rewrite the paper. The second time I used it they totally screwed up the order. DO NOT USE

They wanted a specific type of report to show the plagiarism and would not offer me a refund.

Completely ignored the prompt, rife with spelling and grammar errors, and literally repeating the same plagiarized phrase (direct from Wikipedia) in at least four different paragraphs. It was repetitive and irrelevant and the sources were all bull$#*!. The person who wrote it clearly didn't soeak English as their first language and had no idea what the book was about. DO NOT TRUST. When I complained they responded with a 30% refund offer and claimed "there were no major grammatical errors". Gave them three chances to redo it but in the end had to write my own essay in about 6 hours. Even if this is the cheapest option, it is in NO WAY worth it.

Hey guys, I just want to say that just STAY AWAY from this trash! This really is a trash website. I was asking them to write the "data analysis" section of my research paper, and just for the background information, I provided them with all the previous sections of my paper. At the result, they just copied and pasted what I have already written, and sent it back to me. I told them that is not what I want, and they said they would provide a "free revision", but the second was the same. Most of the part was just from my original paper -- COPY AND PASTE, plus, the data analysis that the "writer" wrote was totally wrong.
They will mass up your paper, that "quality" will be way too far from your expectation. When you claim, they would say they will provide a "free revision", but actually that will be another "time wasting", and at the end, you cannot get your money back, and you will send more than hundreds of dollars to buy a trash,
I don't think this website has any academic writer, they are just using this invisible online world to deceive others. I believe websites like this cannot go far and hope you guys just stay alert, stay away! If you really need someone to help with your paper, try to search some other websites, but not this one. Doesn't get worse than this!

The writers of the assignment i applied to get complete did not even read the marking criteria nor did the help/support consultant review the actual papers attached to my request. I had an essay request reviewed and completed by 4 different writers and NONE could come to a satisfactory standard..

They started off as a great service, but have really declined in the last year. The quality of work is now extremely low and trying to work with customer service to get help is an endless circle of hell where you never get the help you need. I paid extra to get the top-quality writers they have and had my paper revised not once but twice. Even after trying to fix the paper twice, it was still complete garbage. I tried to get it rewritten a third time and they wouldn't do it without me paying a second time for the paper.

THIS WAS A SCAM AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THE PAPER SOUNDS LIKE A 5 YEAR OLD WROTE IT. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MY MONEY BACK THEY DENIED ME INSTANTANEOUSLY! I AM REPORTING THEM! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE

This so-called professional is not that, please stay well away from them, they are quick to take your money but to call to speak to you, they want you to write a whole essay before they feel it's worthy enough for a call. They did not check my essay even though I paid extra a simple mistake as soon as I read the finished report I spotted it straight away. Total nonsense, to even try to rectify it. I handed in my report as such and not to always check the company out before you purchase anything.

I should have stopped at my first paper when I noticed that the paper had bad punctuation and grammar. I brought it up to them and they offered to revise it for free which they did. That paper still had issues and I barely passed my assignment. I'm not really good at essays so I prefer someone else to do it. So I brought that problem to them again and they offered for my next paper a free draft and premium writer which they did. That paper did not address the assignment (I should have looked over the paper) at all and was returned for plagiarism. When I went back furious and asked for a refund they said they can give me a 50% credit refund and that they needed to review the case and that if they decide to give me a refund it will be less than the 50%. They like to keep offering you solutions so you can put in another order and another order yet their writers are half-$#*!. I don't recommend this site.

I absolutely hate this essay writing site. The customer service takes forever and they don't refund you for their mistake. The essay written for me was completely off topic and was not even the full page amount I requested. I lost so much money from here; I'm genuinely telling you to PLEASE stay away from trustmypaper.

Do NOT use this service. They will do 3,4 and 5 revisions, but still will not get you the right assignment, even after you have allowed them ADDITIONAL time to revise! Then when you try to get a refund, they threaten you, their customer, stating that you are the one committing FRAUD and that they will release your information and so-called "completed" (not!) assignment onto the internet! Trustmypaper.com needs to be SHUT DOWN.

I can only recommend to write your OWN paper. My writer seem to be very incompetent in writer and copy and paste most of the material written. When I sent the paper back for correction... they seem to have an attitude about it. STAY AWAY... it seems that this is a foreign business as there were several grammar errors. I really felt like my writer was struggle with English. I have learn my lesson and will be writing my own paper.

I trusted this company to help me with a final project and what I received back was a poorly written paper. Like the writer just wrote whatever came to mind not well constructed and some things did not even make sense!. I contracted Trustmypaper to write a paper at the Senior Undergrad level in 4 days and paid extra for expedited service. They delayed 3 times, each time saying their QA department was reviewing for quality. They didn't follow explicit instructions, nor did they produce anything that resembled as being written by someone fluent in the English language! Bad grammar, incomplete sentences, nonsensical sentences, incomplete sentences, bad paragraph structure, and on and on! Even after more than 10 attempts to resolve the issues, their chat people would ask again and again what's wrong with what they've written. They delay by saying the writer is sick and have to reassign to another writer. Further, they ask and ask and ask for time extensions, promising they would deliver. This company, if you could call it that, is nothing but PURE FRAUD!

There's no exact words describe atrocious of this site. They are lair, cheap, and not respect time deadline at all. Customer services need somebody to teach them english. This site is a fake. Never ever ever ever dealing with them again..
