After, originally contacting Microsoft directly, and getting only their virtual representative, I was extremely frustrated. So, I made a different decision to call Trusted Tech's Support team. Ordered a nicely discounted digital download code for Office 2013 Home & Student, had it within a couple of minutes (literally, it was roughly two minutes), took it to Office.com/Setup, registered and began my download.

My work needed to purchase some MS Office for our new employees, I was tasked with locating a MS partner and purchasing the software, I did my research and found Trusted Tech Team! very fast sale while the window stayed open to so do an immediate worked/failed option ..incase the code failed. From logging into Office/Setup via URL. Paying , Checking payment had gone thru and starting the download within the MS program ..was very fast and felt very secure.
It took me a while to build the computer which is the reason i didn't give feedback for a while... other than struggling with the USB installation (which microsoft needs to fix) the cd install and Product keycode worked fine. i would recommended buying from here because its cheap.
