The owner is fabulous. He is full of great ideas in relation to any work you put his way but ultimately is a good listener and does EXACTLY what you want and pay him to do. His skills are brilliant and he does most of the work - fetching experts in a particular field only if necessary. This saves on time and money and work is taken forward promptly and to a high quality.
Went to 5* rated plumber. Messy service & left boiler leaking & all attempts to contact him were ignored. Had to get another out. Complained to Trustatrader - toothless - just put a strike against his name! He is STILL on their recommended list

Brilliant way to find reliable and honest local tradesmen. I got let down at the last minute by a plumber a friend had recommended to me and luckily was quickly able to find a replacement using TrustATrader.
