Avoid contacting or sub contracting. Terrible business professionals, if you need help. Forget about it, tried calling three times in a row and was hung up on during transaction of attempting to find a towing service, better off finding a tow yourself. Did not provide any information for towing service and /or helpful in any way, did not seem to care or be concerned in any way...

This scam service takes your money and doesn't complete the work.they then have fake customer service that just hangs up on you after promising to fix the issue.

Cannot speak to TrueTow. Only online requests, followed by text communication, a pain, at $150.00 hour. NOTE: Winch job took 25 min; should have been $75.00 max. Full $150 withdrawn immediately from my debit card, no recourse or phone number: no reply to my texts. Local Hutto TX company, H&H Towing was sent - True Towing is only a middle-man. Driver was shocked: he will receive only $50 he said, when I asked if my bill will be $75, based on 25 min towing with me doing the dirty work to hook up my own tow strap since 100 ft cable I had specified was NOT on his truck; actual length 50 footer; but 65 feet was needed to reach my truck… so with some ingenuity from both the driver and myself and my tow strap we made it work in only 25 min… Don't use this "Home Adviser" type scam- use your phone browser to TALK TO A HUMAN, at a local biz. And avoid Lawn Love too! I gigged for them and they rip off the service provider the same way. Get your own customers, you hard working gig economy folks! They are sorry any two or 3 internet acquired customers! Home advisor sucks too - I used them for my little biz, they will suck you dry for failed leads and you'll spend your life getting reimbursed (just FYI, on those other two gig joints!)
