Do not waste one moment on this trash website. The technology hasn't been updated in 20 years; the chat room is run by small minded and stupid people. The majority or profiles on there are clearly fake. The fake accounts try to scam you for money, but you get reprimanded if you call out the fakers. Their "customer service" is completely nonexistent. I've never once had a reply from a service ticket.

They will get your nude photos and try to blackmail you with them no true nudists there. It happened to a bunch of other guys on there too. Avoid at all costs.

95% of the features are totally free, mods do a great job keeping the riff raff out. I use it daily

I'm a paid up life member of this site. It used to be a great site. In the last 1-2 years it's changed and it now seems to be run by a small team of people tolerate; hate speech, racial slurs, enabling horrible comments to be made about LGBTQI folks, political comments, religious comments.
It has many fake profiles as has been pointed out in previous reviews. Nothing seems to be done about this.
The site often bans folks. However this policy or approach to banning is inconsistent. I'm writing this review because today I was banned. I hadn't even said a word in the chat room! I'd actually only just logged into it.
I'm a fully paid up member and wish I hadn't paid to be a member…. Save your money, stay away from this corrupt site.

Too many fake profiles and out of date profile were the user has not been on line for 5 to 10 years.
Totally incompetent moderators who do not know the rules of posting or make up their own rules as they go along.
Stay well clear.

Almost all non-certified profiles that are listed as female are fake, so the site name of "TrueNudists" is misleading. The fakes are so obvious that it sickens me that the site owner lets them remain. Since he won't sort them out, let me give you my guidelines. It might be a fake: (1) If her profile picture is professionally done (2) If she spells the name of her hometown incorrectly (3) If you run a reverse search on her picture and find it on the Victoria's Secret site (4) If she lists herself as "straight" but all her TrueNudist friends that "she" has accepted are female. (5) If "her" profile says that she likes sitting on the couch and drinking beer while watching football, (6) If she joined 3 months ago and her last log-in was 3 months ago. (7) If "her" profile says "just chat- absolutely no voice or cam ever!" (8) If "her" profile is blank (see attached screen-grab) then the fake is relying only upon the lure of her attractive picture so that you might use your little-head rather than the head that contains your brain. The site is not totally bad-- you can use many of the features free of charge. For that reason, I will give it one star (rather than zero.)

Going to the chat rooms on this site is a waste of time. You have the ability to like someone's photo but if CplMoe71 is on as moderator he bans you for 24 hours if you've liked someone's photo. Best thing about this is that it is the moderators choice to do so. It's not against the rules either.

Also don't bother paying for using the site. You're really not missing out on anything - especially if the one moderator had it in for you and keeps banning you for random reasons then you have just wasted your money.

TrueNudists was a good site at one time but it is no longer a nudist site. It is now a site for scammers and porn. It no longer has anything to do with nudism and represents nudism now in a terrible light. Most real nudists have left the site and what remains are mostly creeps who come for scams and porn. Mods ban for arbitrary or for no reason and leave the scammers alone. The owners do not care because the creeps who support this site keep throwing money at it in some misguided hope that money will fix the problems. This does not and never will. Owners are laughing at these morons all the way to the bank. Avoid at all costs and go straight to the porno sites if this is what you want instead of going through this middle man to porn and scams.

This site used to be great for genuine people who enjoyed the nudist lifestyle. Today it seems to be full of spammers, swingers, people doing unmentionables on cam when there are no moderators about. Real real shame.
They need to ban private profiles- its a nudist site so why be coy.
They need to stop people using cams/accessing cams if they do not have a verified account.
Maybe these two actions would help bring this place back into line with its original mission statement.
