We have all the proof. They drove the car to the destination over 800 miles. Received toll fines, damaged the car, stole items from the car.

My trailer was handled safely and TruckIt365 was reasonably priced out of everyone I called. I would recommend to anyone looking for true professionals.

Fast and efficient, kept me updated the whole time. My shipment was from New Mexico to Arizona. Will use them again sometime soon.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. After booking "Mitchell Keller" through a broker for this company, he gave me a bid to move my home (5th wheel) over 300 miles to Oregon. He called me and was overly complimentary as I was a nurse during Covid..."We appreciate you, blah blah blah! We will take care of you." I am always a little skeptical of people who are extremely schmoozy, but he promised he would get my home to me on Thursday 3/18. I had given them a range of 3.14 to 3.19. This was the last day I could be out of my RV space as someone else was moving into that spot. Communication up to setting the date was clear. I wrote down Thursday, 3.18 the minute he said it to me.

On 3.11, I didn't hear from him as promised so I called the broker who was able to talk to both of us. Mitch said at that time he didn't tell me 3.18 but rather Friday. I knew that was incorrect, but I said ok, Friday would work. I was feeling a little uncomfortable bc he didn't communicate with me like he said he would, but the broker company had good reviews, so I decided instead of heading up to OR early, I would wait until he got there to pick up the RV. I messaged him that and received no response.

On 3.15 I asked if he had gotten my messages and I got no response until I called broker company. (I am not naming them here bc they were not the problem. They tried to make this work). He then messaged me that he was on the road and would call me later... NO CALL.

On Thursday before the pick up on Friday, I had still heard nothing. I messaged him to ask if he had an eta for Friday... I get a message back stating "I do not know as of now, My truck is getting a DEF system flush tomorrow"... and again silence. I then call the broker company as I was really starting to doubt that my home would make it to OR. They reassured me that he would be there.

I decided to head to OR on Friday am as I had to be there and the rig was all packed up and ready to go. At 8am, I messaged photos of the RV and where Mitch could find the key to access the battery should he need to. At 11am I got a text from Mitch AGAIN telling me "unfortunately due to these circumstances(whatever that was), I am not going to be able to get this picked up today. What I can do is when I get my truck over to Northern CA this weekend, I can have it picked up and I'm willing to cut the rate in 1/2". I asked what day on the weekend and explained someone was moving into my spot on Friday. I was really nervous now and call the broker... very anxious. They said they would call and within minutes I get a call from Mitch. He is apologizing over and over and stating he thought I was someone else and again the compliments to me being a nurse started piling on. I was sick to my stomach, but he had my home in his grasp if he wanted it. He said he was "waiving ALL FEES" bc of how much he appreciated me and I "would not have to pay 1 penny on delivery". I started crying and he said as soon as he hung up he was going to send a group text to me and his driver who was "heading to CA and would have my RV picked by noon the following day" He then promised to call me that night to let me know where things were. You guessed it... no group text and no phone call. I texted him that night to see where things were... and he responded "I am waiting to hear from my driver. I haven't heard anything as of yet"

On Sat AM I asked what the word was. "Ill check" And nothing for hours. At 10 and noon I asked again... nothing. So I called dispatch at the broker and they couldn't get hold of anyone either. Then at 1230 I get a text from Mitch "Unfortunately we not not be able to get possession until Monday. I have pulled every string possible. If the broker needs to find another carrier, I understand (YOU UNDERSTAND?) but I can assure you we can grab it on Tuesday without issue and have it there on Tuesday evening. Please let us know. I contacted the broker and they guaranteed me this man will never drive for them again. "He has been blacklisted"

Please be aware of this man... I am not sure of the company as a whole, but there is another review on Mitch. And that was 3 years ago. I am surprised he still works for this company as our reviews are pretty identical with the issues. He acts like a sociopath... charming his way through awful behavior. BEWARE!

I hired TruckIt365 to pull an airstream trailer from an auction site in CA to CO. Top notch experience all around. Mitch was extremely easy to work with, had great communication the whole time and put all my nerves to rest. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a pleasant experience using TruckIt365. Good way to get my stuff from point A to B. The only down fall was they can't guarantee pick up and drop off times, but I was OK because the driver texted me the entire time from pick up to when my trailer arrived. He took time to inspect it! I liked that the deposit was only 50%, other transporters wanted me to pre-pay 100% in full, that made me uneasy and the primary reason I chose these guys. Great communication! Will recommend!

I called numerous shippers to get prices for transporting my skid on a flatbed trailer. After checking out Mitch and his operation I decided to give them a call... I signed the shipping contract and paid their deposit... My very expensive material equipment as picked up within 72 hours and arrived a day earlier than we agreed on! In construction a person's word is everything to me so when my foreman called me and said it had arrived early I was so grateful for TruckIt365! Good communication and easy to work with...

I had a great experience using Truckit365. I needed something shipped out from California to Colorado and Mitch took care of that immediately. He was very communicative and helpful. He kept in touch with me letting me know what the status of the delivery was at all time. Everything went very smoothly and we got our camper on time and in perfect shape.

My experience with this outfit was really good. My initial phone call with Mitch was excellent. It was within a couple of hours of our phone call, I received a formal quote by email and outlined the charges. He asked me questions I wouldn't have thought about which prevented many issues for delivering our new camper to the house. My property is on a very steep incline and they had no issues at all. The driver secured our camper exactly where I asked him to. My experience was a positive one and I will let others know about it.

Thank you guys for getting my thermo-temp trailer from Douglas to Flagstaff. I found them on Craigslist and got a quote back 48 hours. My first experience has been a very good one, and I was nervous that not having used a shipper before how my trailer would look after being towed over 1,000 miles. Impressed!

BEWARE BEWARE. Truckit365 is a fraud and took my deposit and never picked up my shipment. * at first started out great was very eager to help. He asked for a deposit and sent a bill of lading. Everything looked great so I paid the deposit right away. * told me in one week he would pick the unit up and make the delivery. Well here's when it gets bad 2 weeks go by and during those two weeks I called him multiple times and realized he blocked my number. I then called from a different number and * answered! He was very apologetic and said he overbooked himself and needed another week, I asked him why did he block me and he didn't give me an answer he then gave me his wife's number * if i couldn't get ahold of him. I agreed to give him a second chance. We are now at 5 weeks from when the original pickup date. Still no call or answer from *. 7 weeks have now gone by. I called * and * no answer. My number is blocked from both of there phones, why is that? I then called the company's number and that's all just a front also no one will ever call you back and there is no office. I then contacted a lawyer in Georgia, he looked up truckit365 LLC status and guess what? He's not even an LLC so cant sue truckit365. We looked for business insurance registered with this company which any legit company who does transport and shipping should always have. Well not surprised truckit365 has no insurance. Last time this company had an LLC was in Oregon back in 2015 and you can verify this by going to SOS Oregon and checking Georgias SOS website. Then we decided to check his USDOT NUMBER *******. Spoke with DOT and they told me there have been multiple complaints about fraud with this dot number. I have a case number now with the dot who is also looking into Truckit365. I have found other victims who have been burned by Truckit365 just his year and now there are multiple lawsuits being filed and hopefully after speaking with the police department possibly criminal charges because of the number of victims and the amount of money he's walked away with. I am a single dad with not a whole lot of money and $800 dollars has been taken from my family. * its time you return these pepole the money you stole. Anyone who has been screwed over by this company file a lawsuit to get your money back. * you can run but the law will find you.

Mitchell at Truckit365 delivery brought my trailer pit from tx to Ri for me he was in contact with me the whole time he was on time even though there was bad weather in the northeast very professional and reassuring on my delivery I was nervous sense I've never ship anything like this before and he walked me through the process I would not hesitate to use this co great job Mitchell

I had a good experience with TruckIt365. Hired their company to deliver my cargo trailer. My pick up was delayed a couple days, however, good communication and very personable service. Would recommend!

I recently shipped a concession trailer I purchased in Fitzgerald, Georgia to Northwest Michigan. I came across TruckIt365 online while doing a search for Concession trailers and had never used a company like theirs previously and heard about horror stories throughout that industry. Luckily, Mitch was extremely professional, and got my trailer picked up a few days later than anticipated however I was not unhappy about that because the trailer was still delivered on time! I thank them for their services to make my life easier as building my new business has been stressful enough. HIGHLY recommend!

I had a trailer that needed to be towed from California to Texas. At first I was a little skeptical with letting someone else transport the trailer but they seemed very professional and kept me up to date on where my tailer was each day. After a couple days went by I felt very comfortable letting them handle my trailer to get it safely to Texas. The owner of the company was very honest with me about everything. On what he could and could not do. How long it would take for them to deliver etc. I would definately come back to them. Highly recommend this company.

It was great working with the fine people at TruckIt365. Price was reasonable and my trailer was delivered a day quicker than originally quoted, at no additional cost. The trailer was washed locally just before drop off! I would highly recommend TruckIt365's services and will use them again in the future.

TruckIt365 brought me a trailer from CO to CA. They were really clear in communication, arrived within 2 minutes of the original projected time after nearly 1000 miles and were really easy to work with on this haul!

I've known Mitch for years. He is such a genuine person and works hard to makes sure his business and clients come first. He's done many jobs for me over the time I've known him. I wouldn't go anywhere else and expect the service he gives. From trailers to old classic cars, he does it all.

My husband and I purchased a new center console boat with an extremely valuable, customized trailer. The first concern was shipping the boat and our trailer on another trailer and spend the extra money or to have it towed. We were extremely concerned about our valuables being transported and damaged, through having it towed, but the manager for TruckIt365 really made us feel at ease and when the boat and trailer arrived they washed it for us. I would recommend TruckIt365 to our friends who are also boat owners and buy boats every few years.
