Trespass

I Made an order online and it was accepted and confirmed and money was taken out of my account 4 days later I received an email stating that the item was no longer available and the order was cancelled, no explanation just cancelled and a refund would be given within 5 days I contacted customer support asking why it was cancelled and why I would not receive my order and got no reply I then got a email sent from Trespass through asking if I enjoyed my buying experience and I responded very negatively stating my experience and that no refund was given and I got no reply from that even though it had an assigned customer service person, absolutely apalling behaviour and service To date I have still had no refund and no contact from them which is disgusting
