I order 2 pair of shoes looked over the whole site picked the 2 pair I wanted. Placed order on 7/9/2020 only received 1 pair to this date 10/24/2020. Keep asking for refund, 1st they said they ran out of the shoe I ordered, reorder another pair. I didn't want another shoe I ordered what I wanted I would like a refund no reply since. Wish I could give NO STARS‼

They gave me the wrong shoe size, I contacted them & they told me they were going to give me a tiny little refund, so I accepted. Like $12 back from the total $65 I bought.
I told them to send it straight to my PayPal & after that, the woman who was emailing me, stopped sending me emails.
I never received the refund. I tried contacting them, but no one answers.
Trendybello is fraudulent.
This was about 2 months ago.
I ordered a pair of shoes never got them. I also received no help as to what is going with the order other then you shoes are on the way. I received this Thur email from the same person everytime like she is the only working there. Something is not right with this company I think it is not legit and they are just stealing people money. I hope something is done with this company because they are crooks.
