Attempted to get in contact with a human, nobody could get me in touch with someone to help modify or cancel my reservation. I kept being told to just email and they'll respond. Took them 2 days. When I reached out out was an hour later, granted my reservation was modified but because it took them so long they charged me because they said I waited to long. I just hope when I show up the reservation is there when I show up.
Worst Travel Agent ever, I was consistently on hold with multiple agents providing me with random names on requesting a refund for my flights that I booked months in advance where the country is has been moved to the Red List due to Covid Restrictions. Advised Customer Support that i was scared of traveling and would like a refund however they completely ignored my request and suggested i should chose a different date or country where i had to £200 more for flights. We arrived and the hotel that we booked was full! We were never contacted we were just moved to a much cheaper hotel and still charged the full price! No one has been helpful or has tried resolving the issue or even offered a refund.

Picking up a room was very confusing. The same room was listed twice, one included breakfast and was less expensive. I accidentally picked the one without breakfast. I immediately called and email travelup, but never got a response to my email and the person in the phone told me there was nothing he could do.

Airline cancelled flight 2 days before our departure, notified TRAVEUP in good time. They failed to notify us so stranded at airport having to re-arrange our own flight. Contact numbers given not available over weekend and on Monday morning after 9:00am phone line was answered but ending up in Pakistan with very rude person, continually speaking over me.

The hotel told me that they will refund me my stay for lack of service, but they said that they will send the refund to travel up so they can issue the refund to me as they were the one who charged my card. Travel up are now saying that they have a third party that should issue my credit! I paid Travel up and no one else, and don't care who is the third party is. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Pay more if you have to, but do not buy through Travelup. They never provided a confirmation number beside the one saying you made a reservation with them. The hotel I booked with had no idea who I was and there was no way to prove I had paid for the room because TravelUp never gave me the real confirmation number. At this point, I have tried to reach their customer service 6 times and when I do get through they said to wait while they reached out to their suppliers and they would get back to me. Well, they never did. I am 2 days from my trip with no place to stay. I am currently waiting to speak to a customer service rep (I have been waiting for over an hour and this will be my third call in three days) to cancel it and get my money back so I can try to get a new hotel.
The website kept refreshing and changing the dates. So when I booked, the dates were wrong. The actual dates were not available. When I try to cancel the same hour, I still got charged with the $33 fee. Will not use this service again.

Travelup misleading in his advertising for the "non refundable deposit" for our hotel booking. We found out this deposit is not a deposit. It's a nonrefundable fee once you make the reservation for the hotel we selected.

We are really disappointed in Travelup. After we booked a room at Zafiro Palmanova for our first family holiday, Travelup contacted us in a very positive manner, offering to help finalize the booking or even get the room at a better price. However, when we informed them that we had already completed the booking, we discovered they were overcharging customers by about 370€ for the same room.
When we brought this to their attention, their attitude changed abruptly. They refused to offer any assistance and were quite rude, with all niceties disappearing instantly.
I understand that Travelup is a third-party vendor, but charging such extortionate prices is simply unfair. We will be contacting the hotel directly about this issue and will book directly through hotels in the future.
Also prior to this bad review travel up responded to me and asked to email there *******@travelup.com which then resulted in further abrupt rudeness and poor customer relations.
Travelup's poor customer service and unreasonable pricing have left a very bad impression on us.

Took my money (700$) for a hotel room that is not available. The hotel has no record of my reservation and is totally booked. Now Travelup will not return my money. Costumer service keeps giving me the run around, sending generic emails, and even hung up on me. My only option is to "cancel" my reservation for a fee...
Booked British Airways flights through Travel Up, but unfortunately flights were cancelled. BA confirmed full refund sent to Travel Up, however, Travel Up will not give full refund. After weeks of no contact, I received one email saying the will take an admin fee. They updated their T&C's in February 2020 to enable them to take an admin fee (I booked December 2019), and therefore I am not legally contracted to new T&C's. They are illegally trying to give me a reduced refund and I am receiving no contact to discuss this. Awful customer service, not professional and worst of all they are abusing their customers rights. Worst company I have ever dealt with - here's to hoping I eventually get my refund back, safe to say I will never be using them again.
My husband and I traveled from upstate New York to North Carolina and stayed at the SureStay Plus Hotel in Fayetteville. The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff and guest were very welcoming and there to assist. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and their dedication to make sure that my husband and I was good is the key thing that will make us stay at that hotel again. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to North Carolina. 5 stars is all I can rate but they deserve and 11 for going above and beyond!

Charged an Admin fee and Charged a Cancellation Fee.
With Admin Fee, Travel Up worked out dearer than if I booked through the hotel alone. Hotel also had no cancellation fee.
On top of this when I cancelled booking they confirmed cancellation via email, then proceeded to withdraw full amount for the room. Fortunately after I called Travel Up money was put back into my account minus the cancelation Fee.
Would not recommend.

I booked with them a hotel. Bellagio, Las Vegas. When I arrived after a long flight. Front desk told me that my booking is canceled. It was my and my husband's anniversary!
