Sad to say I would never use them again. I had to change the date within 72 hours because of a work meeting. When I tried to rebook our hotel, the price was now $900+ more for the same 7 days. I checked directly with the hotel and their rate was $560 less than Travel Up. I told Jacob to match it or cancel it. After a few more blah blah emails from Jacob, I finally got canceled. A rip off and not at all a nice experience.
Hopefully our stay goes this smooth!

I engaged TravelUp via a multi-cite venue. The price was quite enticing. Then I found out that the hotel stay needed to be paid a week before my arrival. This seemed quite fishy to me. I verified a room was reserved for me and assumed everything was being handled appropriately. In the end, everything was perfect. Their website was a bit out of kilter when I tried to pay, but ultimately all problems were resolved. Will I use them again? Yes... if the price is right.

This was my first time using Travel Up. I had to change my flight time, I contacted the administrator, Mr Anderson for help in processing the change. He was very quick to respond and was extremely helpful and supportive. I was able to change my flight time which was a huge relief. I will definitely use Travel Up again.

So far, So Good. It was an easy and quick booking. LOVED THE RATES! Only wish it specified that All-Inclusive includes food and drinks just for peace of mind. Nonetheless, I hope the rest of my trip goes smoothly upon our arrival / checkin. Celebrating my significant others birthday week and it's the first time I've traveled since my father passed away a few months ago. This trip is much needed. I HOPE TRAVEL UP lives up to its reviews.

Had to book a hotel for two nights in Brighton. The price on TravelUp was much cheaper than any other site, 40% cheaper then the hotel's own website. Unfortunately we had to cancel and TravelUp refunded to my credit card (minus the administration fee) within a couple of days. Would definitely use them again.
Booking was very easy & with good hotel rate.

I was really hesitant because I had never used this service before. However, I was really impressed and surprised at how smoothly everything went! The only surprise I had was that everything really was exactly as they said it was! My price was exactly correct (way cheaper than anywhere else), the hotel had my reservation with zero fuss, and the room I got was better than I had hoped for! I was sincerely impressed and thankful for such an easy process and for such a great room at a very good rate!
