Talked with Josh last year gave him our schedule for our up coming events. Josh gave us a couple options for our shows. Match made in heaven. This is the way we will be traveling for events from now on. Travelers Exchange Club Highly Recommend for business accommodations!
I signed up in the summer of 2018, and paid upfront. I was hesitant, but was guaranteed almost $10,000 for selling my RCI's weeks to them for resell. I spoke with Josh Cherry, and then Steve Boudreau, and they made me feel confident that this was legit. A quick search online revealed some decent reviews. So I signed up, and paid upfront. We received some offers from them, and I did the research that was required of me and got back to them in a timely manner. They were not able to sell anything. I always got the exact same response from them, "The client has gone with another property." Then the offers stopped coming altogether. By May of 2019, I called to complain and they said that they would move me back up to the priority list for offers. But still no offers came through. I actually forgot about them for a little while, until the new year. Today, alone, I called all numbers provided to me and over the span of nine different phone calls, I heard 1.) that they do not have a record of my contract; 2.) that I have the wrong number; 3.) that this is a third party answering service and they do not have Traveler's XC as a client (even though you navigate through the Traveler's XC automated menu); 4.) that their offices are closed for the holiday (don't even ask me about this), and 5.) nothing - as I was hung up on after a 10 minute hold. Several different people I spoke to took my phone number, and then put me on a brief hold. They came back to tell me that I have the wrong number. They are unable to tell me with whom I am speaking or why the mutiple numbers I called all lead to the same automated menu. It is now clear to me that I was swindled out of my money, and they have a group of thieves who have no compunction about lying to you right to you on the phone. It is horrible and frustrated and I can't believe a group like this has put together such a sophisticated front for their scam (complete with websites, logins, dashboards, etc.). I was totally taken, and am now left to stew in my own stupidity. I am seeking legal counsel, and it appears to me that while I offered up something of value, that Traveler's XC did not offer anything of equal value. But first and foremost - stay away from Travelers XC.

They never emailed me any inquires. They don't even call back ive been trying to reach them. No answer.
Travelers exchange club located in Demand Florida are thiefs I gave them $1800. 00 to sell me vacations on my timeshare was promised $9,999.00 in return for acquiring them in 6 months however it's been almost 3 years and not a penny back now I'm not a client and they think they are going to get away with it but they got another thing coming I will never let that go and sooner or later I will catch up with them and will get my money back... BTW the representative that got in touch with me goes by the name CODY FERREL!... and the other representative is called RODNEY!... DO NOT TRUST THEM!
It's been a year and I I have received no successful offers. TravelersXC is a SCAM! When I ask to speak to a manager, they tell me the manager is busy and will call me back. It's been 3 months of me calling and trying to get a hold of a manager. No reply.
I used these guys for 6 months. I spend $298 upfront and $99 month thereafter. I was told I would get a refund if they did not rent my property at least once and they would most likely rent 3 times. I had 3 inquires and no sales. The properties people requested were not available at the travel exchange (easy enough for them to look this up and give me a bogus lead). Steer clear of this company. MAJOR SCAM and my credit card company (Discover) did not favor my side in the dispute. BE AWARE! They are good sales people and this is one of those situation where if it's too good to true it probably is.
I was contacted by xc travelers about selling some timeshare vacations i wasnt using i payed them $1800 for them to sell me 6 vacations at $1900 per vacation in 1 year the year has passed and not 1 dime now they wont even return my calls i contacted the BBB also attorney general and Department of agriculture my advice STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
Do not trust these guys! They sound friendly and cooperative to make you sign up and pay them. Its been almost an year and they never gave us any offer that actually was fulfilled. Every time we called them, they promised to get us an offer. Next day after that call, they request us to enquire about a hotel for stay Which is fully booked and not available for the requested dates. This cycle continued for an year now.
We feel deceived and are never going to collaborate with them again. We lost our money.
So guys, please be aware before signing any contract.

If they call you seeking to rent your unused weeks... RUN! DO NOT believe your salesperson. They lie and are full of misrepresentations. WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY and never provide legit offers!
I received a call from Nicki *******175) who asked me about releasing my RCI weeks to make $1,900 for each week. I was then transfer to a senior person, Allan Martin *******839) who explained in more detail how this was a win win for all parties. Guaranteed to receive a minimum of $1,900 for each week I "made available to them" by purchasing a minimum of 2 weeks. I received the contract and it seemed like a great deal. However, then I did my due diligence as researched reputable sites including the Better Business Bureau. Several complaints with same complaints with no resolution. The complaints were focused on my concerns about not getting an offer to rent the weeks.
Bottom line - before you sign the contract, do your research. I will not be signing anything with this company.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ONE PENNY! THEY ARE A SCAM. HOW DID THEY GET MY INFORMATION. THEY PROMISE TO RENT OUT YOUR POINTS BUT THEN THEY SCAM YOU. NOTHING IS GUARANTEED. THEY TALK A GOOD GAME OVER THE PHONE
