Dubai trip with one of the Fraud Company (TravBond)
At the time of booking the sales team (Varun-Useless/Fraud/Lier) confirmed to me Day 1 to Day 5 activity in the PDF, Once we transfer the amount sales team never ever talks to us because their work is done, the Sales team will always tell false commitment.
2) Reservation team - Anshuman (One of the worst person in trav bond super bluff master) he told me that each person 6k extra i have to pay to book the tickets. 1lac16thousand total ticket cost, when i enquired with SpiceJet they paid only 92k. Anshuman never have time to discuss about the package, they just money minded,
3) Naman (again one more super bluff master) he shared us new iternary 2 hours before flight takeoff and left to home, the new iternary not included half of the places which was there in the PDF and when sales team committed, like below mentioned places was added but later he told this is not in inclusion,
1) Dubai mall, Burj Kalifa, grand mosque, Ferrari world, global village, Abu Dhabi.
When I was in Dubai unable to contact anyone, somehow I tried to contact Naman he said it's not there in ur package,
They cost 4 people 2, 36, 000 rupees,
********Totally do not book any trip (Dubai) with Travbond***************
I am going to file a case against Travbond.
Make a note of the names who are all fraud people in Travbond they will beg you before booking and they will say yes for all the things before you pay. So I suggest all do not listen to anyone best don't book any trip...

A team of cheaters

I booked my Dubai trip through travbond in May 2019 i. E. almost 6 months in advance (for four adults) for my travel on 24th Nov. 2019. Air tickets I arranged myself. The deal was finalized for Rs. 1.12 Lacs. For 4 Nights trip. I was asked to pay an advance of Rs. 35,000/- and balance 10 days before start of trip. Once the advance was paid their sales team Mr. Raman, Mr. Manvender stopped picking my phone calls. I did not get any information from their side.
They never reply to your mails also. I wrote them 82 mails, they replied only 11. They even do not acknowledge the receipt of mail/documents.
Almost 2 months in advance before the travel date I asked them to confirm my hotel booking which was Flora Inn a four star hotel as per my itenerary given to me at the time of confirming the booking. One fine day I got a call from Mr. Dheeraj that this hotel can be booked and he suggested few 3* hotels while I had paid for a premium 4 star hotel. After lot of arguments he agreed to book Flora Grand which I suggested to him. He sent me the hotel confimation coupon also.
After that I had to travel to their Mayur Vihar office to sort out and understand their issues. I met Mr. Gagan Saluja their Manager who assured me the all arrangements will be done as per my itinerary.
This is end here, as more surprise was still to come. Four days before my travel date they call me again and one Mr. Siddarth called me that now Hotel Flora Grand also can not be booked. I was really astonished and frustrated with this just 4 days before my travel. I had to rush to their office again for the second time as till now I had paid full amount to these cheaters and had no other option.
On reaching their office at 1 pm, I met Mr. Siddarth who said because this hotel (Flora Grand) has some issue with their breakfast so this can not be booked and their vendor is refusing to book it. I told him that he should not worry about any thing, you go ahead with the booking. Then he suggested me to opt for some 3 star use less hotels. I refused to accept them as they were poorly rated. I was asked to choose other hotel below the price of Flora Grand Booking.com price. After searching for more than 1.5 hours, I suggested them few hotels which they refused straight forward saying these did not fit into their budget. In the mean time Mr. Gagan Saluja also joined but of no help. Finally he suggested me Hotel Ramada Plaza. I had no option rather than to accept it as it was better than hotels suggested by them earlier but still much inferior to either Flora Inn or Flora Grand hotel.
Mr Ordeal does not end here as the worst was yet to come. After chasing and calling them at least 20 times, I was sent final sightseeing / activity plan only 20 hours before my travel. On going through it I found 1) My arrival time at Dubai was wrong 2) Two sightseeing activities named Burj Khalifa and Miracle Garden were missing from my itinerary. When I called them (Mr. Siddarth and Gagan Saluja), they never took my call. I had to pay Rs. *******/- extra from my pocket to cover these activities.
Similar story was narrated to me about them who had travelled to Dubai from Mumbai and met me during Dubai city trip organised by Travbond.
The team of Travbond is meticulously trained to cheat people. They are all liars, cheaters, unethical and fraudsters. Do not be fooled by the reviews which you see on their website. These are all paid ones or self given. If you still book with them you will surely repent later. May God help you!

Travbond - a very negative experience

Travbond has to be used very cautiously. We had booked them for a trip to Singapore. We contracted with them for hotel, visa, siggt seeing, cruise, daily dinner vouchers and travel insurance (Air ticket we had booked on our own). Overall experience was very bad. There are many victims and we have resolved to bring them to law.
Here are their Pros and Cons.
Their Pros (positives) are:-
* they will reply to phone and email even upto midnight
* they will agree to whatever competitive prices you negotiate
* they gave us a decent hotel (Ibis) with good breakfast.

Their Cons (negatives):-
* even after Travbond getting advance payment, our passports and all documents needed for visa several weeks in advance they did not get us the visa.
* on pursuing hard for visa they asked for irrelvant addons like letter from employer (though we are not in Government service nor going on duty travel). Visa was finally done through some individual who sent us our passports and visa by ordinary courier instead of hand delivery as was conveyed. * until 2 days before ou flight departure from Mumbai they gave us no travel vouchers or Cruise ticket which was paid for.
* from other victims experiences like above they seem to want you to cancel the booking. Those who did so lost their advance paid.
* if you persist and do not cancel they will without hold/ not give some of the sightseeing vouchers. Upon reaching Singapore, we did not get Universal Studio tickets, we did not get any dinner coupons, did not get China town visit. Additionally, at some sight seeing places we got 2 half and 2 full tickets instead of 4 adult tickets (they new all our details like date of birth etc as Travbond themselves had done our visa). We had to pay for all these on our own and lost around Rs 38,000/-. All these sight seeing places were mentioned on day 2, day 4, day 6 etc in their final quote file named as "final quote", but cleverly in a fine print clause titled as "Inclusions" they did not show Universal Studio which costs maximum for ticket and taxi.
* our cruise ticket came after scores of hectic phones and messages to them. It came less than 48 hours before departure. On doubt, we called Dream Cruise company im Singapore and checked our booking only to be told the PNR was booked on other passenger's names. After double checking we then went to Andheri Police station and briefed the police inspector whom we requested to call Travbond. After much pressure from both ends we got revised cruise ticket just a few hours before catching our flight.
* on the cruise we found instead of 2 rooms we were cramped into one room and our two children (adult age) had to sleep on a mattress on cabin floor.
* we had also paid for travel insurance which was also mentioned in their quotation but not given to us. After hectic chase we got it from them for a minimal value of sum assured, just about 24 hours before departure. The insurance policies of 2 of us had our names spelt wrongly. On pursuing we did not get much help and had to then take up with HDFC Insurance myself to get it ammended.
* Travbond staff function under multiple pseudo names like Hitesh, Jhanvi, Gagan, Varun, Shashang. Often it is one person giving himself various names and they pass on the phone wrongly stating person requested to be spoken is not in office.
* they worked in Malad, Mumbai from a Single desk space in a shared office which rents out 4x4 cubicles. Now they have moved out from there to another location.
* Travbond issues invoices and reciepts without any GST tax registeration.
* Travbond did not have landline phone nos. Only now their website shows one landline nos which seems to have been put up recently.
* we had been told we would get refund for dinner but barely offered us Singapore $ Five per person per night.
* our total loss was around Rs 38,000/-, excluding spoiliage if Cruise experience, of which Travbond agreed yo refund only Rs 5,000/ which we declined and have joined the group of similarly harrassed victims of Travbond who are taking legal recourse. Zarksis Munshi/ *******390

Fraud Company

I took travbond services to book a Singapore package for the travel date 25th July. I was not given anything as per the Itineary shared by Karan.

1) Hotel
I was told by Karan, that we would get Hotel Elizabeth(mentioned in the itineary also), but I was given third grade hotel ie Value Thomson where we were suffering from suffocation as the room was tooo small. There was no Kitchen in that Hotel and we had to travel to around 2-3 kms everyday for dinner.

2) Itineary
Then the itineary provided by Karan stated Day1 to Day 6 activities but nothing was provided except nigh safari, Sentosa. In Sentosa also, I was told we will be given 80 tokens per person by Karan and Dheeraj but that was also not provided. In City tour, it was only sight seeing, we did not get Singapore Flyer and boat ride that was again mentioned in the itineary.
Karan told that Zoo, Jurong Park and Universal Studios is also included in the package(already mentioned in itineary) but none of them were provided, we had to purchase tickets.

First Karan shared all the fake information with us, then it went to Dheeraj and Gagan for Hotel reservation and he told that Hotel Elizabeth cannot be provided. When I told Dheeraj Soni that I would take action against it then he said that you can do whatever you want as I am already looking for a job and I will not get affected by this. After Hotel Reservation it went to another person for itinerary ie Hitesh and he told that only night safari, Sentosa and city tour is mentioned and I got the confirmed vouchers on the day I was travelling ie when I was about to board the flight. Everyone cheated us to the core.

3) Charging 2.5% Extra without information
I was told to make the payment through a link that was sent by Travbond folks. I kept making payment through the link but no one mentioned that additional 2.5% tax would be implied. That is another fraudulent act.

Pathetic Travbond trip

First of all, thank you Jhanvi (assumed to be owner) for the utterly hopeless arrangement for my Singapore trip. I realise Travbond is the worst travel agent. My trip duration was July 12 till July 18.

Few takeaways from my overall experience with Travbond and Nam Ho DMC.

1. You have been very bureaucratic and slow in planning the entire arrangement. First of all, you have changed the Hotel (Hilton) which you had confirmed at the time of advance payment by me. Thereafter, your person was clueless whether I had opted for 3 Star property or 4Star property and it took months together for you to provide me alternate option. For a customer, after payment of advance, you know he is locked. You had taken advantage of this weakness and did not provide good hotel options.
2. Then the hotel charges suddenly increased in the last week before the last week of my travel. The increase in rates was after i have received the room confirmation from the hotel. That was shocking. You siphoned extra money from me on the pretext of me paying you late.
3. The Itinerary has 'Singapore Flyer' as an attraction for visit. This was agreed as part of the package. But you did not include it on the final itinerary. When I enquired, you mentioned it will be included and asked me to talk to the local Singapore agent. The Singapore local agent declined and said it is not included. Even after repeated calls to you on this, you and your team did not include it.
4. Dinner at Night Safari and Lunch at Universal Studios was part of the package. But on the eve of my travel date, you mentioned Lunch is not included but dinner is part of the package. When i asked the same with the local agent, he declined any such bookings. This is yet another incident of your lies.
5. I started my trip with the Night Safari. However, when I went to the ticket counter to redeem the voucher code, tickets were declined and said the voucher codes were wrong. I had to make numerous calls to your India office and Nam Ho DMC emergency number. Me and my family had to go through pain of 2 hours waiting outside before receiving a new set of voucher codes. Even after i wasted 2 hours, your cab driver threatened to leave on departure time and did not provide me any extra time. I was continuously on calls with your India and Singapore office requesting them for extra time. All this ensured my evening was ruined and trip began with such foul mood. There was such bad communication with your team.
6. The drivers provided by Nam Ho DMC was rude and not at all customer friendly.
7. You have delayed providing the vouchers till the eve of my travel. I had to make hundreds of call last days to convince you to send me the vouchers and every time you say i will send you in next 10 minutes. This was one of the many instances where your team has been hugely unprofessional.

Cheating on my Europe Tour by TravBond

I Arun Kumar with my wife Mrs. Kamlesh Sanoria both aged about 59 years booked a 11 days Europe tour with M/s TravBond Head Office- C-20 Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi-*******. Initially the Europe tour for 11 days (3 extra days at Germany with my son at my cost) was booked for Rs. 1, 65, 000/- per persons totaling Rs. 3, 30, 000/-. I am working as Associate Professor in a Private University and the team of Travbond told me initially that there is no requirement of NOC from your employer since I am working in private sector but when I paid them initial amount of Rs. 70,000/- and asked them to arrange for my Visa, I was told to obtain NOC from my employer. The process consumed 3-4 days and thereafter as per their guidance I myself submitted my Visa application. After obtaining the Visa the Travbond team asked me to pay extra money citing the reasons for increase in the flight fare. Subsequently after negotiations we agreed to pay 30,000/- extra. Thus, we paid them total Rs. 3, 60, 000/- for the tour.
At the time of booking we were told that this will be a group tour of 20-22 people wherein majority of senior people will be there; our tickets were booked for 26th June 2019. It was promised to us that the tour cost will includes all travels including air travels, Visa cost, local transfers, excursion's, hotels, breakfast and evening dinners in an Indian restaurant except for the lunch for which we have to arrange ourselves. We persuaded so many times to the TravBond to send us the vouchers and details of the group, but the part of the vouchers were sent to us in one lot on 25th June 2019 without the group details. In order to understand these vouchers, we visited the office of Travbond on the night of 25th June 2019 and we sat there upto 10 PM although our flight was for the morning of 26th June 2019. On 26th June we boarded the flight to Rome but found that the tour was not a group tour and we were sent alone separately. After reaching at Rome, we suffered lot of problems causing physical, mental and financial torture to us and the same is explained below in tabular form date-wise-

26th June 2019 New Delhi to Rome We reached Rome at 7.30 Local time but there was huge rush at immigration counter and we came out from the airport at 8.30. We search for the taxi driver assigned but could not found him. After lot of trouble, we called the agency number and it was informed that the driver had already left the airport after calling us on the number given on the voucher, It was noticed that travBond had mentioned wrong mobile number on the voucher. Our Hotel was about 40 KM from the airport and thus we have to take taxi for which we paid 52 Euro. In the morning our train was arranged from Romi Termi station which was about 38 KM so again we have to take taxi for which we paid 48 Euro. Thus the cost of these two journey cost us 100 Euro. Further, it is to be noted that if we have to reach late night at Rome and to travel early morning from there, leaving no time for local sight seen, the inclusion of the city in the tour was not justified and only the TravBond team can explain the reasons for the same.

27.06.2019 Rome to Florence We reached Florence on 27th June 2019. No local transfer was arranged. Further, at hotel Panorama, in the booking local taxes were not paid for which we had to pay 8 Euro towards these taxes. We have to spent Euro 38 for going to hotel and coming back. Euro 46

Florence to St. Lucia/ Venice We reached Venice on 28th June 2019. No local transfer was arranged. Further, at hotel San Giuhano, in the booking local taxes were not paid for which we had to pay 4.8 Euro towards these taxes. We have to spent Euro 36 for going to hotel and coming back. Euro 40.8
29.06.2019 Venice to Innsbruck We reached Innsbruck on 29th June 2019. No local transfer was arranged for which have to spent Euro 29 for going to hotel and coming back. Further, it is to be noted that if we have to reach in the evening at Innsbruck and to travel early morning from there, leaving no time for local sight seen, the inclusion of the city in the tour was not justified and only the TravBond team can explain the reasons for the same. 30.06.2019 Innsbruck to Zurich We reached Zurich by train on 30th June. No local transfer was arranged. We spent 126 Euro for local transfers. Further at Hotel Crowne Plaza, local taxes were not paid at the time of booking by TravBons so we had to pay 20 Euro towards it.
No excursion was given and on our frequent calls tickets for Lucerne was sent instead of Mt. Titlis promised earlier. We spent extra 42 Euro to cover the journey.
Next day, TravBond had promised to arrange a tour to Jungfraujoch was not arranged so we had to pay Euro 488 towards that tour. Euro 634
4. 07. 2019
Zurich to Paris We reached Paris on 4th July 2019. No local transfer was arranged. Further, at hotel IBIS, in the booking local taxes were not paid for which we had to pay 7.52 Euro towards these taxes. We have to spent Euro 117 for local transfers at Paris. Euro 124.52

Other Major Lapses/ Service not provided-
- The Travbond had promised us evening dinners on all days of tour at an Indian restaurant but the same was not provided. On an average we had to spent 40 Euro per day for 11 days towards our dinner at respective cities, the total cost for which comes to 440 Euro.
- M/s TravBond had failed to enter our choice for Vegetarian Food in the flight details. We got vegetarian Food at our journey in Air India Flight but for return journey through Emirates flight we could not get vegetarian food due to which a lot of problems was faced particularly by my wife.
- It is also strange to note that Travbond had given wrong telephone numbers in all booking and vouchers and thus we were not able to receive any message/information's.
- M/s TravBond had assured us total all hotels will be three stars and equivalent but except Hotel Crowne Plaza at Zurich all hotels were sub-standard.
- We were calling the team of TravBond from overseas and even after coming back to India but Mr. Gagan and Mr. Hitesh were not responding to our calls.

Travbond: The Biggest Fraud Travel Agency

I am not sure about other's review but I can share mine.

From my experience better to stay away from these people. They can be better described as gangs of thugs/chors/cheeters.

These people Operate with a different name Travel Binz as well. Both has the same set of corrupt people and same policies they follow. Cheat and dot response.

End of this post I have pasted the contain that I had sent to Travbond people and waiting for a reply from them. Its been more than 7 days that they have not replied anything yet.No issues let the question be asked from our honorable court. Since I am going to file a consumer case against this Travbond Travel agency and a police case for cheat and forgery against Gagan, Jeevan and Akanksha, they have to answer now. This time I am entitled to get the compensation as well. The compensation amount which I have asked that they will come to know from the court Notice. I can see from other reviews from various rating websites that there are many people having similar issue with the Travel agency as mine. I have good amount of evidence which will prove them wrong at many places and the wrong practice that they do. I have collected enough evidence from the other people who were cheated by this travel agencies at many places. Those people who are suffered by the TRAVBOND and whom I am not able to connect yet can share your experience and other details to me so that I can put forward a very strong case against them. Below is the email for which I have asked for a clarification from Travbond.

1. On 15th Feb, package was booked and I transferred Rs******* to Travbond Invoice No.: BINZ-L*******Date: 15/02/2019
2. On 23rd Feb, I sent Travbond Aadhar card and PAN card copy and also requested for VISA processing.
3. On 25th Feb, after 2days we got a reply from Travbond stating "Our reservation dept. will revert you soon for your bookings."
4. On 26th Feb we received the sample UK Visa Excel sheet from Travbond.
5. On 7th March, I sent Travbond the filled excel sheet of Abhijeet and Shruthi full details for Visa processing
6. On 15th March, Travbond asked for balance payment.
7. On 15th March, I asked Travbond to provide me the package detail with travelers detail and the tour plan.
8. On 18th March, after 3 days Travbond sent me trip itinerary. However Travbond didn't provide the complete package detail as requested.
9. On 20th March, I did the payment of Rs*******.
10. On 23rd March, I sent a reminder to Travbond asking for the invoice of the payment and Visa update
11. On 23rd March, after sending the reminder Travbond sent me the invoice copyInvoice No.: BINZ-L*******Date: 23/03/2019
12. On 25th March, I sent a reminder to Travbond on Visa processing
13. On 25th March, after sending reminder Travbond sent me the Visa Application form for verification.
14. On 25th March, I replied with correction that needed on wife's application form
15. On 26th March, Travbond sent me confirmation letter and UK VISA form. Visa Appointment was taken for April 1st
16. As per the UK visa process they take 15 working days to process the visa, as per this logic visa will be processed and sent to us on 24th April only (2 days UK embassy was on holiday for Easter)
17. We got our approved UK visa only on 23rd April.
18. We rushed for Schengen Visa on 24th April.
19. As per the Schengen visa process they take 7 working days to process the visa, as per this logic visa will be processed and sent to us on 3rd May.
20. Since the date on our travel was 30th April, Visa got rejected for late processing. Question:
As per the above points, your team should have been aware that the visa processing takes more than a month to process and should have taken earlier appointment date for visa processing. This is completely your fault to process the visa so late.
I need an explanation as to why are we charged such a huge difference amount upon Travbond's mistake for late visa processing?
I need an explanation on the expenses done for this trip?
I need an explanation and full transparence on the difference amount?
