Can easily be completed in a couple of months. You do learn a lot in a very short period then earn your qualification. I recommend CTP to any learner. Yes
I did my exam more than a month ago and I haven't received any notification whatsoever, even though the manager or the person in charge (Daphny) told me they would do it in a few days. DO NO ENGAGE with this people. They are rude, they will not answer your emails, and if you call you will experience the worst customer service in the world. A total scam!

As far as I know, it is the only online training course in the industry that offers non-official certification for prospective/aspiring translators, however it didn't meet my expectations.
Firstly, they've failed to post my translator stamp at the end of the course even though this has cost me an extra $99. Despite my several requests to have this matter addressed, it is still pending resolution.
Secondly, I have been waiting for more than 2 months for the results to be updated on my dashboard, which incapacitates me of printing a transcript. I have been emailing these guys every week without much success. It seems to me that they don't care much about you once you complete the course.
At this point in time, I am no longer recommending this course to the Sitejabber community
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy the stamp for $99. A similar stamp on Ebay will cost you less than $30. Once you receive the digital copy of your translator stamp, purchase the stamp from Ebay for nearly a forth of their price.

How can I rate something that I never got. you guys send out an email that when you rate you get your textbook for free and thats why Iam doing it. If I read thru the text book Iam more than happy to really rate you but thil then, sorry Iam honest, I can give you just one star because like I said I never got or oredered anything from you guys.

I need to finish the training. I paid several years ago. I had issues with the payments via paypal due to unauthorized attempt to withdraw from unkonwn user. 2 payments were due and paid after date. The attention from Ivette and others from the Istitute was good. I cannot rate the book or guide because I never bought any. I would like to have the free guide so I can go through it and study it to pass the test and GET MY CERTIFICATE because I need it for my work in Argentina were I will be traveling on September 10th.
